“Very efficient. Went above what was expected. Supplied and installed a new dishwasher within three days and came back the following week to fit the plinth underneath. One very happy customer! Thanks Glotech.”

“The first person that came looked in the dishwasher and said the heating element was not working which is what we told the agent on the phone. He ordered parts and when the second person came to fit them found that they were for the wrong model. Wouldn't use them again.”

“Although response time was very quick (24hrs) I was not confident in the diagnosis. The 'repair' took 2 weeks with some chasing up and the engineer did not seem confident that he knew what he was doing. We ended up both trawling the internet for the solution.”

“This repair was referred to your service partner Repairs 4 U - all very efficient – an appointment slot within 48 hours; an experienced Engineer attended as arranged; notification call ahead as requested; swiftly diagnosed the fault (a faulty heater element resulting in an intermittent short circuit so not necessarily obvious); replacement part carried on the Engineer’s van fitted; tested and left operational – no fuss, no hassle, fixed labour cost … refreshingly did ‘what it said on the tin’!”

“replaced dishwasher seal, later discovered it was still leaking, second repair man had a go, but it is still leaking, would not recommend you to any one.”
