I subsequently took a day off work to attend only to find when the company called me to confirm they could only come the following day. I am now 2 days pay down thanks to Glotech. I will never use this Glotech again I will call the company direct”

“The engineer failed to turn up the first time. Then when he did arrive he noted the serial number of the appliance and the fault, both of which you already knew. Later you advised that nothing could be done because parts were obsolete. This could easily have been established prior to the visit. Now you have the audacity to tell me the visit is chargeable.”
