Hi, I have ticked 'acceptable' because although your engineer arrived as promised , the fault re-appeared a day later.
Namely, the dish-washer tripped the mains electrical switch circuit, part way through the wash cycle, when it got to the drying phase.
I appreciate that complex machines are difficult to fault find.
your engineer is returning tomorrow Friday 18th August to have another go at it.
