“I have used them for a number of years now various times so will give an honest review based on all of my experiences with them. Booking is a breeze. All done through the website or with one of their office staff. Engineers come when you book them for and call if there's any unavoidable delays (like when football events are happening nearby!). Proper invoice with engineers report given at the end (by email which is even better, means I don't lose it!). Guarantee of six months which I don't recall ever having to use which is another testament to their quality of work. Most recently I had Chris come out to my dishwasher and he had the thing fixed within about 20 mins. Thanks a bunch for all the service over the years!”

“Professional, friendly and knowledgeable engineer. Importantly, he mended the washing machine on the spot (without fuss) rather than the dreaded thing which usually happens which is that they have to come back in a week because they haven't got the part”

“Neff Microwave repair. You had model number. First operative called. No inspection. Conclusion new magneto required. Extra £150 paid in advance. Man left. Returned with colleague, who discovers no power feed. Loose wire at plug socket. Can't fit loose wire because not qualified. Both left. £230 odd wasted. £150 returned for part but £70 wasted. Electrician called, fixed wire, all for £20. Very poor service and no sight of any goodwill gesture as requested.”

“Your technician just looked at my fridgefreezer and said my only option was to drill a hole in the back and create some sort of pipe contraption to clear the overflow blockage myself (!!!) Or buy a new appliance from glotech to get half my callout fee refunded. Absolute waste of £72 and I feel scammed.”

“The first person that came looked in the dishwasher and said the heating element was not working which is what we told the agent on the phone. He ordered parts and when the second person came to fit them found that they were for the wrong model. Wouldn't use them again.”
