The engineer that came was fantastic and did a great job. Really helpful and rang me to tell me when to expect him.
The staff in the office messed me about twice over timings with my slots. When I called to query they were very dismissive over this and unhelpful sadly. I was cb promised a first call and an am slot. Neither happened!
