“Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with your service. Appointment was booked for 22nd June between 8am - 1pm. I waiting for technician to arrive until 1:45pm....when still no one turned up, I called and was told my appointment has been cancelled. But no intimation was made to inform me about it. However I have now been given another appointment and I hope this time someone does arrive....or atleast inform me of any changes to my appointment.”

“Waited in from 8 til 2 pm which was the arrangement. He arrived at 2:25 pm. Nice young man but late very late said he had left message early morning but had sent to landline?. I had given the details of problem to company prior to visit so was surprised afte 5 mins to be told the item needed a new door at a cost of approx £285. Cost of visit £89 including vat. Clearly this could have been done by phone at a much less cost. Item now useless because to spend the above costs rather are mas much as buying new. Very disappointing!. .”

“Fridge not making temperature. Engineer came 5 min look and said needed new fridge. 800 £ and they would contact mon.day for a replacement To me looked like thermostat so bought one for 30 £ and asked for a new engineer who fitted it and fridge now works fine .. 2nd engineer very helpful. First useless !”

“No repair of wine cooler - told me they are rarely repairable but not told that beforehand. Charged £99 for call out for nothing. Complete waste of money.”

“Found fault straight away and fixed - did warn that the motor did not look too good so I am aware the machine may not last too much longer. The engineer was very efficient and polite.”

“I've given 5 stars despite my appliance not being fixed due to the part needed being unobtainable now. I was kept up to date with my appointment time and offered an earlier one owing to another customer's cancellation. Ben was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.”

“Always a reliable company. We had needed their help last year and they were prompt, put a lot of effort into actually diagnosing and fixing the problem rather than just saying our fridge was broken and nothing to be done. This year we knew the issue and got them out. Arrived on time, gave us a heads up on the time as well. Great professional service. Thank you!”

“Being able to book a slot online was a big benefit. The engineer let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing and also gave some tips on using the washer dryer better.”

“This felt like a total scam. £90 to tell me in 5 minutes that the fridge was broken and the ACTUAL repair cost was going to be way more than just buying a new fridge. The parts list shown to me is so expensive that virtually any repair would be a waste of time compared to just buying a new product. Felt sick afterwards having been scammed.”
