“Fabulous - quick and efficient service / The gent that came to help was very professional & went above and beyond to fix my issue - he could of just ordered a new part & come back which would have cost me more but he went out of his way to repair and fix which was great”

“I booked an appointment to have my freezer checked. Minor point here - the default cost shown should include VAT, rather than have that as an option. The freezer appeared to recover, so I cancelled the appointment. The fact that I'm receiving emails as though the appointment happened indicates there is a problem with their record keeping.”

“Had a problem with my washing machine door which had dropped and was hard to close. It was straightforward to book with Glotech, and arrange an appt on a day suitable to me. Fran the engineer called me ahead with his ETA, arrived before deadline and resolved the problem swiftly and efficiently. Fran is a true professional, he explained the issue and it was a pleasure to meet him.”

“Glotech were quick to come out to me and sorted my machines out. It’s good to know I’m also covered for further call outs for 6 months if I have an ongoing issue. I would recommend them.”

“Booked on line, received confirmation of booking. Waited in on the date due, no calls/emails or contact. No one came so called their office and was told that the booking was handed over to another company and so not glotech, they could not help and said to contact the 3rd party company they arranged..”

“did not turn up on time and even the company could not raise the engineer ended up cancelling them and getting a reliable engineer who turned up on time and did the job definately would not recommend them for anything complete waste of timei”
