“The technician who looked at our washer was very nice, but the needed part was out of stock and if we hadn't chased up the company for information, we would have sat waiting indefinitely. We wound up cancelling the full repair as we couldn't go longer without a working washing machine.”

“Dan was well prepared with the replacement part already procured, he repaired our Bosch Dishwasher (failed heater) quickly and cleanly. He was very knowledgable and helpful, the whole job being done in well under an hour. I was pleased that he used genuine parts and the costs were reasonable. Glotech's on line quotation and booking process was really efficient and payment directly to the engineer after completion by card. I'd definitely use this company again.”

“Booked the appointment online and the engineer arrived the very next day. Dan found the issue, parts arrived 2 days later and Dan came back to fit them and all worked. Great service, thank you.”

“There is no integration between glotech and the provider. Supposedly the provider called me and then cancelled my appointment as I didn't answer. I didn't receive a message, I didn't get any email and I certainly didn't get an update from Glotech. When I called on the day to find out when they were coming (as I didn't know that had cancelled) I got a quite rude customer service rep who was very nonchalant about the fact I took a day off to wait for the washing machine repair. When I asked if there was any way to ask for them to next time message first as with my work I can't take calls during work hours she said it wasn't up to her to do that, it was up to the provider. No additional assistance, no integration of the system. I don't really see the point at this stage using Glotech as it was just a barrier to the provider rather than an assistance to make the party easier.”

“Samsung cooker...make etc put on form TO BOOK APPPOINTMENT. Man came .....cooker discontinued....could have been checked by Glotech BEFORE attending etc., only 7 yrs old Samsung..... Glotech charged £99+ for the 10ins in my flat. Disgusting....I'm a Pensioner.....hang your heads, Glotech....... Disgraceful.”
