“Perfect service. Friendly, very capable engineer arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed problem. Ordered replacement part there and then. Returned a couple of days later and completed the job. Appliance now fine.”

“We been disappointed with the service , less than 2 minutes he charged us £89:94 & told us he is going to contact us for quotation for our washing machine’s Parts - which he never done also he never left his contact number so we can call him - just reason for that we end up buying new washing machine.. we were not happy for the service was provided after paying so much money for nothing ! He shouldn’t charge £89:94 when he never done the job .. I think he should. charge as calling not for providing service shouldn’t charge for it xx”

“Repair person had a quick look at the washer , said it's cheaper to buy a new washer than get it repaired and it would be difficult anyway, disappointed washer only 3 years old”

Good afternoon, yes very disappointing with a 3 year old appliance. maybe this should be a query with the appliance manufacturer as the engineer could only look at fault and parts required to advise on cost and if those cost make it uneconomical to repair he would advise accordingly. We do thank you for your business and wish you well with the replacement appliance.

“Intergrated microwave.three years old open button stuck. agreed on engineer to repair understood he would have part. waited a week for estimate. Estimate £663.26 spring to replace £7.49 !The rest is for removing fixing and replacing. Had to buy a new one for£688.50 including fitting and next day service. Seimans agreed it didnt need all that work. I am an elderly lady 87 years old and I have asked for my money back engineers visit £93.54 ignored. Can you help”

“Excellent to deal with. Very efficient and helpful on the phone, and considerably cheaper than the big manufacturers. Paul was the engineer who fixed our fridge freezer. He recognised the problem immediately and fixed it. We thought we would have to buy a new one so he saved us several hundred pounds!”
