Quick efficient polite helpful, my washing machine works and I was given advice on how to prevent a further failure, what more do you want? The only minus, I booked all day. First thing in the morning I expected a txt or email offering me a more specific time frame, a few hours, I didn't get one until 30 mins before, BUT I did say anytime so how can I blame them, I got what I asked for anytime to fic]x my washing machine.

We have just paid £90 for a 5 minute visit to let us know the repair would be more than a new machine. The engineer turned up at dinner time without a pre call but he was Polite and within seconds told us the drum was worn out. Still at least we know now and will buy a new machine.

A wire on my washing machine had tripped which was put to right’s quickly,the engineer was through checking other parts and polite also handing out tips for future maintenance of my machine.Would recommend the company to all and would certainly use them again for any other repairs.

Your friendly engineer arrived around midday after giving us a 10-minute warning of his arrival. Unfortunately, rather as we expected, he confirmed that the part necessary to fix our washing machine was too expensive to justify fitting to our 10 year old machine.

Where do I start. Excellent online booking. Selected date that worked for me that was only a couple of days out. Able to input the problem so they were prepared to come. Got a text re the time they’d arrive. The chap that came was very pleasant and was able to fix the issue. Talked through it with me so I understood. Really great service and would definitely recommend if anyone were to ask. Price for call out was clear on site.

1. Having first booked the repair, I was then badgered (phoned very often (6 times)) in order to take the payment for the repair, even though I was going to pay the engineer once the repairs had been completed. 2. The technician arrived on the day of the repair and was in a desperate rush to leave. He promptly diagnosed the problem and informed me what the solution was. 3. We then (together) moved various bits to reconfigure the AEG hob. 4. The right thing to do once repaired would have been to stay and make sure the whole system was working and the fault didn’t reoccur. 5. This didn’t happen. The technician (who was actually a really nice guy), promptly made me pay and then left. 6. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE PROBLEM HASN’T BEEN FIXED 7. I’ve called Glotech and they’re going to send another technician - but that technician isn’t coming for another 8days. That means we’re without a working job for another 8days!

Hi booked Glo tech to repair a rangemaster induction hob. Engineer came out and was very nice he gave me a price for the part which was £590.92, which I later found online for £300 however the next day they ring and say the actual cost is more likely to be £2500. Very strange. Won't be using again obviously wish I'd never rang them in the first place. Definitely wouldn't use if you have a rangemaster.

Glotech was punctual, diagnosed the issue correctly and ordered parts that arrived the next day. The engineer was polite friendly and experienced. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of their operation and would certainly reccommend them
