“Great service. Friendly engineer. He made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Only thing I would add is that the company use shoes protectors when its wet outside as not everyone is happy for petsons to walk thorough the property with shoes on.”

“Fast response the only thing was the price as my washing machine was ok in the end and nothink was fixed and what was the chances of that for months there was a problem. Get some one out and it behave and was ok. But overall I would definitely use again if there's a problem thanks.”

“From the outset of booking for a repair and Jess who came to repair my oven, it has been a easy process. Very happy with the work. Jess is a lovely lady, she was very confident and repaired my oven in well under an hour. I would recommend Glotech as a company and a big thanks to Jess who has my oven up and running again.”

“On 12th January Glotech engineer visited and found the fault with my Miele dishwasher and charged me £351. He said he would return with the spare parts. He finally returned on 4th March and said the problem was something else and he could not repair it. On 9th March I was refunded £237. So nearly 2 months without the dishwasher, endless calls to Glotech call centre waiting for up to an hour each time, having to listen to Glotech’s absurd annoying messages whilst waiting to speak to an operator and £114 out of pocket and dishwasher still not working. I won’t be using Glotech services again and certainly won’t recommend them.”

“I have used Glotech twice. On both occasions the appointment slot I chose online has been changed. This is not flagged in the subject of the confirmation email, but in the body, so you have to check this carefully. On the first occasion I cancelled because the time slot was not suitable. This time I accepted and the engineer was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and I did not need any further repairs. I do have one other complaint however which is that after my call out appointment was confirmed I received a phone call from someone asking me to pay for the callout. I immediately thought this was a scam call and reported it to Glotech. They assured me it was a valid call, however I thought this was an odd way of working in current times.”

“Very mannerable young men came to take away my old washing machine and fitted my new one. They lifted my rug in the hall so that it would not get damaged by the moving of the machines. The young man put the washing machine on a cycle to make sure it was working and not leaking. Talked me through how to work the programs before leaving. I had to phone them after they had gone because I could not open the washing machine door. They answered immediately and told me not to be afraid to pull the door open a bit stronger…… it opened! 😀 I have used Glotech for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as you get 1st class attention.”
