“There was sign on our machine and the noise it was making was different and I thought something was wrong. I booked a service with Glotech under a 12 month plan. The engineer came out switched on the machine watched it for 2-3 mins and he said there was nothing wrong with it. He advised if it happens again us take pictures. I called up to find out if what would happen with the plan as no work was carried out and I was shocked to find out that I would still need to pay for 12 months even when there no work carried out. They said if the machine was beyond repair they would not charge me but since the engineer came and found no fault I would still need to pay. Guy I would not recommend this company at all do not fall for this, it's a trap would would be stuck if the the engineer don't find a fault.”

“It was horrible. I had to pay 81 pounds and lady said that I need a new fridge frizer, becouse the compressor gone. She was able only change a new one for 300 pounds. It is too expensive visit and no help.”

We offr a one off fixed fee labour charge to all customers for our experience engineers to come and diagnose the fault of your appliance, unfortunately on this instance your appliance was non repairable where we were unable to fix this, so I apologise that this was not the outcome you hoped for. “Prior to the repairman coming out, when asked what my washing machine problem was, I had said the drum was loose. When he arrived and felt the loose drum he told me that its not worth the repair, as the cost for a new fitting is over £300. I paid over £80? What a CON.”

After having a look into this, your inner drum on your appliance collapsed, so therefore we needed to purchase a new drum door seal and heater. “We have an intermittent fault on our dishwasher. Which of course didn’t show up when the engineer visited. The guy said he wouldn’t charge us for now but to call when it happened again and he’d visit to fix it. Very fair!”

“The man who came was very pleasant. However- my fridge switch had just gone off. If you could do 10 minute phone conversations for a much lower fee, I could have saved so much money. It was disappointing to pay the full labour fee when there was no work to be done. It doesn’t build up good will for the future. I feel like it’s worth someone saying, have you checked the switch, it’s inside the fridge and kind of hidden!”
