Used to be very good but dreadful now. Shelled out £250 so far for two separate visits and my oven still doesn’t work. Said they couldn’t do any more because they couldn’t buy the parts but I’ve been able to buy them online. Both management and customer service didn’t even have the decency to respond to either of my letters - avoid at all costs!
