“Efficient and customer focussed from start to finish. The help we received from Marcin in the showroom was excellent - knowledgable and creative, Marcin helped us choose a colour scheme and sofa bed that left us excited. Marcin really went above and beyond, helping us choose paint colours and advising on tones/colours of walls/curtains etc. The delivery drivers were equally impressive, going out of their way to advise and help with how the product works and the easiest way to move it. A real credit to the company and top customer service. Thank you to all the team for an amazing experience.”

“Amazing service from purchase to delivery. The store was great for seeing and trying the sofabed in a relaxed environment. When the sofa arrived the drivers were really helpfull at getting it set up and explaining everything we needed.”

“Great sofa bed - so easy to open/close and the mattress is really comfy. Delivery team super friendly, polite and wanted to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. Could not ask for more. Customer service fab throughout and being able to speak to someone on the end of a phone quickly - such a rarity! Thank you!”

“Really impressed with my new sofabed and the incredible service from all the staff at the showroom in NW London. The delivery team were professional, friendly and very efficient, the sofa bed was installed and set up in under 30 minutes. It's really well made and very comfortable. “Our Furl sofa bed was delivered today. The delivery team turned up when they said they would, were extremely courteous and provided lots of helpful information about the sofa bed. They assembled it quickly and neatly, and removed all the packaging. We were very impressed with the delivery team and are enjoying our new sofa.”

“We ordered our sofa on 1st October. ETA was the beginning of January. We were pleasantly surprised that the sofa was delivered in mid-December. The delivery team was quick and professional, they assembled the sofa literally in a few minutes and explained all the nuances about the sofa mechanism.”

“The delivery was as notified and on time. Luovo and his colleague were pleasant and very considerate of our 2 kittens that were running whilst they were trying to assemble the sofa. I am very happy with our previous purchase 2 years ago and this is our 3rd item bought from Furl. It is an expensive piece of furniture but it is worth every penny.”

“The sofa bed was delivered on the scheduled day by two friendly and efficient delivery men who did an excellent job of bringing it up the stairs unassembled and putting it together in a remarkably short space of time. It looks perfect and is very comfortable.”

“Just an excellent product. I bought a large Sofabed in leather, entirely online with no access to a showroom due to distance - and to be blunt, it was a huge gamble. They are expensive, but there is no comparable product elsewhere on the UK market. No other sofabeds of this size, full length, using the lampolet mechanism - believe me, I searched for literally years before committing to purchase. It could have been a huge disappointment, but I couldn't be happier. It's great quality, looks really nice, and the bed is actually comfortable! Nice smooth mechanism on the Sofabed so it's really easy to open and close in one motion, no need to remove the back cushions as they're attached and will fold up nearly under the bed. Great delivery team, installed quickly, showed me how it went together so that I can move it in future, took all the packaging away, and were generally courteous and helpful. Basically yeah, I'm made up. Really pleased with myself for making the decision to buy Furl, and would do the same again in a heartbeat.”

“The delivery pig the bed was excellent but I was so disappointed the wardrobe arrived in bits. I bought it from the showroom and expected it to be delivered to my bedroom as I had seen it. Sadly I am now waiting to get it assembled - not the service I expected.”
