Quick, pleasant, professional installation with clear walk through of operation and good communication. Love the look of the Tokyo in the green colour and the ease of being able to move it around with the built in system. Very happy.

The green on your Tokyo sofa bed is such a great choice, Karen — one of those colours that looks bold in a swatch and just perfect in a room. Beautiful sofabed that is a comfortable as our own bed. The whole process from ordering to installation was excellent and extremely professional with updates throughout. The delivery guys were quick, tidy and took time to demonstrate the bed- very polite.

Comfortable as your own bed is honestly the best thing anyone can say about a sofa bed — that's exactly what our handcrafted frames and deeper mattresses are designed to deliver. Sounds like the team did a great job with the installation and handover too. Really glad you're happy with it. Enjoy!

Fantastic product and company. I am delighted with our new sofa bed. It is stylish, in its custom fabric which matches our pre-existing furniture. The sofa is super comfortable, but the bed part is also super comfortable. The mechanism is easy to use to bring out and put away the bed. The assembly was super quick and efficient and the team were extremely helpful and informative about care of the sofa and aftersales assistance available if needed. The initial showroom team were helpful with a can do attitude. Communication from order to delivery has been smooth and efficient. Highly recommend Furl in every way. Thank you.

I ordered a sofa bed in January which was delivered in April with a piece of the mechanism missing-meaning that it was unusable as a bed plus it was dangerous to sit on as the cushions slid forward meaning that one could slide off it. It took the company 8 days to replace the mechanism. The owner of the company Mr Norman called to apologise after 9 days which in my opinion was too little too late. I would certainly not buy anything from Furl again. Having said that their delivery people were amazing, considerate, careful and very courteous.

Dear Nadia, Thank you for your feedback. A little context for anyone reading: The sofa was fully usable as both a sofa and a bed throughout. The missing component was a bar that the seat cushions attach to and which holds them in position — a supplier fault we hadn't encountered before, and one we've since raised with them. Our delivery team, head of delivery and customer care manager all apologised on the day, and a replacement mechanism was fitted within a week, as quickly as we could get one to you. You had asked for financial compensation, and when we felt a sincere apology and prompt resolution was the right response, I understand that was disappointing for you. I called personally after the issue was resolved to check you were happy, and I'm sorry that call didn't land the way either of us might have hoped. Absolutely love my new storage bed! The delivery team were fantastic, thank you so much to all of you at Furl and a special thank you to MJ at the Swiss Cottage store. I have also ordered the replacement mattress for my Furl sofabed, which is the nearest you can get to a real comfortable bed. Highly recommended 👍

Furl were exceptional from start to finish – from my first visit to the showroom through to installation. I was initially drawn in by the design (the Illusion bed is absolutely stunning), but seeing it in person and experiencing the quality firsthand made the decision easy. Communication throughout the production process was excellent. I always knew what stage my order was at, when to expect delivery, and how to prepare – which made the entire experience feel smooth and considered. Delivery was right on time, with great communication on the day. The installation team worked efficiently and left my home spotless – ready for me to enjoy the bed (and, of course, a well-earned power nap). The attention to detail is truly outstanding. From the beautifully crafted walnut legs to the subtle Furl logo inside the bed (such a thoughtful touch!), everything feels premium and well designed. I’m already planning to order a sofa and can’t wait to do so. I would highly recommend Furl to anyone – this is easily one of the highest-quality products I’ve come across. A special thank you to Lyubo for a fantastic installation experience – his care and attention to detail really stood out – and to MJ for guiding me through all the options in the showroom. The replacement of the pistons which needed replacement in our Furl storage bed was done very quickly and efficiently. The installers notified us they were on their way and arrived on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. Job done. Thank you so much.

Second time ordering from Furl. Our sofa bed is still going strong after 8 years, plenty of use and two house moves. Ordering the Max bed was straightforward, plenty of options in upholstery material and wood finishes. We were kept abreast of progress in manufacturing the bed and the delivery date was in line with the original estimate. On the day of delivery we received a text giving a delivery window and a phone call 20 minutes before arrival. The installers were excellent. Arrived in Furl branded van, unloaded and carried the components to our flat very carefully. The build was completed quickly and all packaging was removed. They took some time to explain the various features before leaving. 5* service and the bed looks great.

We are extremely happy with our bed settee. It really is quality and will definitely recommend to family and friends. The delivery was brilliant. No fuss and no hassle. It was delivered in pieces so no hassle getting it to where it had to go. The delivery men were polite and proffesional. They put our bed settee together in minutes taking very good care. When completed, they explained to us how to use and take care of this item, also explaining that all parts of this piece of furniture can be replaced in future. Well done Furl

Our second FURL bed, demoting our original Double Max Storage Bed to the guest room and getting a King Size Max Storage Bed for the new Master Bedroom. Excellent service throughout, including delivery and installation. We visited the Smeaton Brothers mattress showroom because we live too far away from the FURL showrooms now, and chose to go with two singles zipped together, as we wanted different levels of firmness. The new bed got our dogs’ paw prints of approval, before we get to sleep in/on it! (Attempted but failed to attach photo)

Parts missing from order with no communication to prior to delivery and squeaky when leaning on it - no idea how their quality control lets this past Not sure I am feeling any value from a 4.5k purchase - and this is the day of delivery.

I am more than impressed with the whole experience. The service and communication with Monika at the store, the punctuality with the timing and delivery of our new bed, the customer service and professionalism of the team who delivered the bed, and the bed itself, which I have found just perfect, I love it. I could not recommend Furl more. I had wanted a Furl bed for a couple of years and I am glad that we finally made the decision and investment.
