Second time ordering from Furl. Our sofa bed is still going strong after 8 years, plenty of use and two house moves. Ordering the Max bed was straightforward, plenty of options in upholstery material and wood finishes. We were kept abreast of progress in manufacturing the bed and the delivery date was in line with the original estimate. On the day of delivery we received a text giving a delivery window and a phone call 20 minutes before arrival. The installers were excellent. Arrived in Furl branded van, unloaded and carried the components to our flat very carefully. The build was completed quickly and all packaging was removed. They took some time to explain the various features before leaving. 5* service and the bed looks great.

We are extremely happy with our bed settee. It really is quality and will definitely recommend to family and friends. The delivery was brilliant. No fuss and no hassle. It was delivered in pieces so no hassle getting it to where it had to go. The delivery men were polite and proffesional. They put our bed settee together in minutes taking very good care. When completed, they explained to us how to use and take care of this item, also explaining that all parts of this piece of furniture can be replaced in future. Well done Furl

Our second FURL bed, demoting our original Double Max Storage Bed to the guest room and getting a King Size Max Storage Bed for the new Master Bedroom. Excellent service throughout, including delivery and installation. We visited the Smeaton Brothers mattress showroom because we live too far away from the FURL showrooms now, and chose to go with two singles zipped together, as we wanted different levels of firmness. The new bed got our dogs’ paw prints of approval, before we get to sleep in/on it! (Attempted but failed to attach photo)

Parts missing from order with no communication to prior to delivery and squeaky when leaning on it - no idea how their quality control lets this past Not sure I am feeling any value from a 4.5k purchase - and this is the day of delivery.

Missing parts should have been flagged and communicated in advance, and the squeaking you’re describing isn’t acceptable. We’ll get this resolved quickly and properly. I am more than impressed with the whole experience. The service and communication with Monika at the store, the punctuality with the timing and delivery of our new bed, the customer service and professionalism of the team who delivered the bed, and the bed itself, which I have found just perfect, I love it. I could not recommend Furl more. I had wanted a Furl bed for a couple of years and I am glad that we finally made the decision and investment.

Saw online that a Fermob Bellevie bench costing £630 was FREE DELIVERY, went through populating the order form and when I submitted it showed the delivery was a staggering £170 !! I questioned Furl regarding this misleading scenario and they said it was correct and no other options to deliver to central Scotland were available. A complete waste of my time and bordering disingenuous on behalf of the firm sadly. Disappointed as the other reviews in the main are not negative.

To clarify, we do offer free delivery using our own transport within a limited area around London. Unfortunately, deliveries to central Scotland, including Dundee, fall outside this area and require a third-party courier due to the distance, which is why a delivery charge was applied. We completely accept that this was not made clear enough on our website, and we apologise for any confusion or disappointment this caused. Your feedback is appreciated and will help us improve how we communicate delivery limitations going forward. We are delighted with our new sofabed from Furl. The entire process was fantastic, from our visit to the shop to ordering and delivery. We were given precise information about the sofa’s construction and the delivery process. Once a date was agreed, the delivery team did a fantastic job: polite, clean and fast! A five-star service.

I’m delighted with my new bed. It looks stylish and is very comfortable! Ordering and delivery process was very efficient and the delivery and installation was great. Particularly helpful that the delivery team called the day before and the morning of delivery so I knew exactly when they would arrive.

The delivery team were wonderful. They had to carry the sofa bed up 39 steps to our flat and they did so with great humour, strength and grace. They assembled it quickly, walked us through its use and took away all of the packaging. Thank you.

Furl should rename there product BedSofa! Sure not as catchy as the traditional naming convention but if you are in need of a transforming bedsofa, sofabed then look no further. It it a comfy sofa? Yes; is it stylish? Yes; can you easily fold it out to a delightfully comfy bed? Yes!!! On top of thi sthe customer service and staff have been amazing! Shout out to MJ and David, really grateful for your help!
