“Great product (the Illusion bed), fast and friendly installation, what more could you want? This was actually my second Furl bed, and one of the coolest things was to note all the little improvements that happened in the last few years, as explained by my two friendly installers. Furl do not sit on their laurels, they keep polishing and refining their designs.”

“The delivery team has done a good job for the installation of our bed frames, particularly for one of the beds which is of very tight space that needs their skill to re-sequencing the installation procedures. Honestly, the price tells its quality and service. I would no doubt recommending to my friends if they are looking for high end bed products.”

“The purchase process was very pleasant. The lady in the store helped us choose the exact sofa for our special needs. It was very important to us that the mattress be of high quality, and we found that Fuel is the ultimate choice. The delivery guys were very kind and pleasant, came and kept Covid rule when they entered the flat. As they assembled the sofa, they explained the process and how simple it is. They helped us place it in the best way in the space and were very nice and detailed on how to keep the sofa in the best condition. very pleased”

“This is my second time using the Furl storage bed company. The products and services are second to none. I went to the showroom to view a dining table, David was polite and helpful as ever. My mistake was to sit on one of the sofa beds while I waited for David to get sample swatches to show me of the table. The sofa bed was so comfortable, that on my return home, I put in an order for the dining table and the sofa bed (an impulse purchase, as I already owned a sofa bed). My delivery went without a hitch, the delivery team was polite. They removed their shoes upon entering my home and even washed their hands before they began to assemble the 'Classic' sofa bed, to ensure no soiling during assembling. They even invited me to view the assembly of the sofa, which was less than 10 minutes. I also got a nice surprise, as the dining table was also delivered, in time for Christmas, several weeks ahead of the scheduled 2022 date. They demonstrated the operational functions of each piece and cleared away all packaging before they left. I am very pleased with my Furl products and intend to purchase a storage sofa to match the sofa bed.”

“Efficient and customer focussed from start to finish. The help we received from Marcin in the showroom was excellent - knowledgable and creative, Marcin helped us choose a colour scheme and sofa bed that left us excited. Marcin really went above and beyond, helping us choose paint colours and advising on tones/colours of walls/curtains etc. The delivery drivers were equally impressive, going out of their way to advise and help with how the product works and the easiest way to move it. A real credit to the company and top customer service. Thank you to all the team for an amazing experience.”

“Great sofa bed - so easy to open/close and the mattress is really comfy. Delivery team super friendly, polite and wanted to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. Could not ask for more. Customer service fab throughout and being able to speak to someone on the end of a phone quickly - such a rarity! Thank you!”
