“I have my max bed for 3 months and it is amazing and I'm over the moon. The quality and the storage are excellent. Great shop assistants and delivery team. Everything come on time and it was quickly assembled. From feater which gave me very helpful guidance how to used. I would definitely recommend and buy again from Furl.”

“Bought two Furl Max+ storage beds over several months. Broadly speaking, happy, despite the second, smaller bed costing more than the original due to price inflation. Positives: the beds are well designed, elegant, space-saving, robust, have changeable covers, are UK-made, - and do the job. The delivery crew gave a courtesy call an hour before arrival and arrived on time. A few minor gripes, however: 1. Please ask delivery staff not to rest bed materials against customers' walls - it marks them. 2. Delivery for the second bed was approximately 20 days over the estimated delivery date, which is a disappointment, given the price paid. 3. The on-hold telephone voice does not sound warm enough and should be replaced with a professional voice-over who can suitably convey and represent the business's values.”

“Terrible service and product. Both items came damaged and they damaged my floor in the process of installation. They then accused me of trying to get a brand new floor paid for by them. Simply outrageous. I bought from them many years ago and their product was excellent quality, so I went back, but they must have changed manufacturers as the quality is nowhere near as good. I spent almost £10,000 with them and would have been treated better at ikea. I would NEVER recommend them or use them in future. The way they treat their customers is disgraceful and the product not worth anywhere near what they charge.”

A deserved review, sadly there was some damage in transit of your items which you allowed us to rectify, but in the process we did damage your floor, for which we are very sorry. At your request, we provided the touch up paint for your floor and hope that you were able to to cover up the marks successfully. We do understand your frustration, especially with the misunderstanding with one from our fitting team who we know unintentionally offended you. We do value you as a returning customer from 10 years ago and we thank you for your additional purchases of a bed and sofa and trust they will also offer you many years of good service. Following this review, we have been in contact with you to see if there is anything we can do yo make you feel better, we hope to hear from you soon.

“Carefully thought-through and well-designed sofa bed delivered and quickly assembled by two very pleasant delivery men who made sure they gave me clear and helpful guidance on how to get the most out of my sofa before taking all packaging away as they left.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with this company. Our new bed is beautiful and gives a great night's sleep. There is loads of storage without the bed having the boxy look of a normal storage bed. The customer and installation services are excellent. I highly recommend this company. I'm already planning another purchase for the guest room.”

“Update to my 3* review posted by anonymous. In between writing my previous review and it being posted I had been contacted by Aimee in Customer Services. She has been incredible and offered me a couple of fast solutions to my problem, both of which were more than acceptable to me. If I could remove my previous review I would, but can’t. Instead I would like to update it by saying I am now very happy with how the problem has been sorted. I cannot fault this company and highly recommend them.”

“We bought a sofa bed a few months ago, and pre delivery and delivery was great. Unfortunately one of the elastic ‘slats’ broke a month ago. It was arranged a couple of weeks ago for someone to come and fix it today, this morning. I called at 11.30 to see if someone would be coming soon and was told I would get a call back to say when. I called again at 3.30 as no one had showed up. I called again at 4.15 and the lady in Customer Services told me that it was unlikely anyone would be coming today. So, a whole day has been wasted waiting for someone who never came. I would have hoped, after spending so much, the product would be robust for longer than it has been and that the after sales service would be better. I wait in hope!”

“Love our new sofa bed, Paris, in pistachio. Very comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. Effortless to open and close. Took the chance on choosing it unseen as in faraway Shropshire and needed one which could be assembled in the awkward access 2nd storey room. I also have to mention your brilliant delivery and installation man Paul Cranson, who was a joy and super efficient and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend Furl to anyone looking for a superior quality sofa bed.”
