“After waiting a full 9 weeks for delivery of my pink sofa bed, super disappointed to see that my sofa arrived damaged with black marks clearly visible on one side. The delivery team used a wet wipe to sponge it down but couldn't remove it. At least they photographed it for head office, and sofa itself works. Now they want to take another 8 weeks to repair with replacement, or only offering £185 (upped to £200) discount - tiny compared to high overall price!”

Hi Stacey — we're really sorry your sofa was marked on its way to you, and we completely understand the frustration. It's rare, but when it does happen we put it right as fast as we can. Your replacement fabric is already on order. Because our sofa beds are modular, the arm swaps out in minutes — nothing goes back to the factory, and you're never left without a usable sofa bed. We'll fit the visit around you, weekends included. — David

“I had a great experience in store trying the different sofa bed options and looking through fabric swatches. I was left to take my time and didn’t feel under pressure at all. The delivery process was excellent - I was able to pick my preferred day, was contacted 30 minutes before delivery and the delivery team were very polite and tidy - they were careful to cover their shoes and talked me through how everything operated before leaving.”

“I’m very pleased with my FURL Air Storage bed. The in‑store team were friendly, knowledgeable and patient, helping me choose the right option without any pressure. The bed itself is superb: the air‑assisted lift is smooth and easy to use, the storage space is generous, and the quality and design are excellent. Delivery and assembly were equally impressive. The team arrived on time, were courteous and efficient, assembled everything perfectly and left no mess. I would highly recommend both the FURL Air Storage bed and the service from this company.”

“Very comfortable as a bed. I have owned a Cambio 3 seater now for 2 years. I have it as a sofa in my garden room and for use as a bed either by guests or when in summer my main bedroom gets too hot. For the last 3 months though I have slept in it every night due to a broken foot preventing me climbing stairs and find it extremely comfortable. I am very pleased I chose FURL. It costs more than most brands but it is worth it. Mine is coil spring and slats which I recommend.”

“I have been following this company for 20 Years. From a showroom in Wembley to the London shop in my neighbourhood. Service is impeccable, the solutions are smart, functional, practical and keep improving. All the reason I have chosen to finally make my purchase! No other storage bed has compared. The order process was smooth, supportive and educational. Communication and delivery were impeccable. Lubo and Mitchell were great ambassadors with tips and advice on how to handle the bed from first hand experience of owning one. A must for any brand. Just had my first nights sleep and I must say Furl has not disappointed. I just wish I had made this purchase 20 years ago.”

“Great sofa bed that is built to last. The workmanship shows a lot of pride has gone into the design and it's a Company that really cares about its product. The mattress alone is better than most high quality mattresses on the market. With a sofa bed of this quality you effectively have another bedroom so all though not cheap in this instance you definitely get what you pay for. Delivery was very smooth and everything was assembled on my top floor effortlessly. Overall the whole experience from ordering to completion was a 10/10. Highly recommended.”

“I bought Furl velour Cambio 18 sofa bed and I am delighted with my purchase. The sofa is beautiful, very comfortable to sit on, easy to open to sleep on as well as a very elegant piece of furniture to have in the lounge. I highly recommned Furl . The furniture is of a high quality; the staff is very knowledgable and very helpfull . The delivery was on time as well.”

“The guys delivering were absolutely great. They sent me a text to say the time they would arrive and they were punctual. They did their job so efficiently and gave me lessons as to how to use both items and they were very patient showing me. They were meticulous to detail. Setting up the furniture to the exact millimetre that I requested 😊 Would highly recommend them!”
