“Was let down by another company who promised 6 week delivery then told me on delivery day they couldn’t source the material ! The Furl team stepped in and provided a fantastic sofabed equal in style and comfort . The delivery team were super friendly, setting it all up and answering questions . I can’t recommend Furl enough and am sending details in to everyone I know . You don’t get a good nights sleep on most sofa beds but this one is even more comfortable than my main bed . Thanks everyone .”

“The Furl team have been on form throughout the process of ordering through to delivery, which was on time. Lyubo and Ahmed managed what are solid quality pieces of furniture respectfully and quickly through a narrow stairway. Assembly went smoothly and Lyubo showed me how the mechanism for the Cambio Sofa Bed opens, closes and moves. The mattress looks really comfortable and supportive. The Sofa bed seat is on the firmer side but will soften with use as a sofa, and complements my existing 2 seater well. If I had a niggle the sofa seat could feel a bit deeper for comfort, yet the quality is excellent throughout Thank you again Furl team.”

“The whole experience of buying our Furl sofa bed has been faultless. Whilst we waited 8 weeks for it to be made we received emails keeping us up to date on progress. The confirmed delivery date was just one day later than the estimated date, and the actual delivery was trackable and on time. The two delivery men were helpful and courteous, and the sofa bed was assembled in under half an hour. We are very pleased with it, and, with the caveat that we haven’t yet slept on it, would recommend Furl without hesitation.”

“Excellent customer service and great delivery and set up. The team were very patient with taking us through the many options. Sakshi in particular was very helpful and the team generally were great with follow ups and offers. The delivery team were excellent with their communication, very patient with the parking issues and efficient in setting up the sofa bed and explaining the way it worked.”

“After waiting a full 9 weeks for delivery of my pink sofa bed, super disappointed to see that my sofa arrived damaged with black marks clearly visible on one side. The delivery team used a wet wipe to sponge it down but couldn't remove it. At least they photographed it for head office, and sofa itself works. Now they want to take another 8 weeks to repair with replacement, or only offering £185 (upped to £200) discount - tiny compared to high overall price!”

Hi Stacey — we're really sorry your sofa was marked on its way to you, and we completely understand the frustration. It's rare, but when it does happen we put it right as fast as we can. Your replacement fabric is already on order. Because our sofa beds are modular, the arm swaps out in minutes — nothing goes back to the factory, and you're never left without a usable sofa bed. We'll fit the visit around you, weekends included. — David

“I had a great experience in store trying the different sofa bed options and looking through fabric swatches. I was left to take my time and didn’t feel under pressure at all. The delivery process was excellent - I was able to pick my preferred day, was contacted 30 minutes before delivery and the delivery team were very polite and tidy - they were careful to cover their shoes and talked me through how everything operated before leaving.”
