Great company my buyer pulled out so had already paid for this sofa. They kept it for me safe and delivered it. Great guys that fitted it polite and helpful. I recommend them.

The delivery team were wonderful. They had to carry the sofa bed up 39 steps to our flat and they did so with great humour, strength and grace. They assembled it quickly, walked us through its use and took away all of the packaging. Thank you.

Furl should rename there product BedSofa! Sure not as catchy as the traditional naming convention but if you are in need of a transforming bedsofa, sofabed then look no further. It it a comfy sofa? Yes; is it stylish? Yes; can you easily fold it out to a delightfully comfy bed? Yes!!! On top of thi sthe customer service and staff have been amazing! Shout out to MJ and David, really grateful for your help!

I liked the online order process and the amount of customisation I was able to do when selecting my bed. The photo preview re-renders each time you customise something so you can see how the product is going to look like

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. This is an amazing company. From Monika’s patient help choosing the sofa bed and covering material in the showroom, to regular communication to let me know how the order was coming along, to delivery today exactly when said, and very professionally and efficiently put together in situ, everything has run so smoothly.

The delivery of my sofa bed was brilliant. The sofa was assembled in my living room, which was brilliant as there were tight corners to get it through. It took minutes to assemble. So we'll designed. Then I was talked through all I needed to know how my sofa bed operated.

Sofa arrived on the date promised. So far so good but too early to give 5*! Delivery team were quick to do their job, friendly and efficient and explained things clearly. They did leave a bit of mud behind; perhaps issuing them with blue overshoes would be a good idea :)

My delivery driver was great! I've just renovated my place and he was so careful when moving/carrying the furniture up my narrow stairs. Everything went really smoothly and efficiently. No complains from me!

More than happy with our Max bed and Tokyo sofa bed! Excellent and professional service while viewing and choosing our furniture, fast delivery and assembly in no time by the delivery team, friendly and efficient. Thank you for the excellent delivery and assembly of my lovely Furl sofa bed by Fabio and Mitch! Appreciate greatly their punctuality, care and speed, as well as their helpful attitude and attention to detail. They observed my uneven floor then proactively proceeded to level the sofa. Fabio also gave a very useful tutorial on how to use and care for the sofa bed, which looks amazing in its space.

We took a very long time to decide on a Furl bed and even ordered multiple material samples from them at different points in time. I thought Furl would have lost hope in us but they're level of support and care never dimmed and we finally bought a bed from them and we couldn't be happier. The service was excellend, the quality of the bed is great and the storage element suits our needs perfectly. I still feel it is a tad overpriced but I cannot find an alternative that comes close. We ended up going for a bed that was not on the website (a bed that had less storage but was not as tall as their typical storage beds), so I would encourage anyone who is interested to just get in touch with a Furl human and see if they have something that could cover your needs.

I placed an order with Furl and paid an extra £100 for express delivery, so I could receive my order by 20 October instead of November. After payment, I received confirmation of both the order and the delivery upgrade. About a week before the scheduled delivery, I started calling Furl to confirm the delivery details — but no one answered the phone for four days. I also sent them an email asking for an update on my order status, but never received a reply. Eventually, I tried contacting them via the chat on their website — again, no response. Then I opened the chat from another laptop and, just to test, asked a question about a different product. This time they replied immediately. Once I mentioned my existing order, they told me to wait half a day as someone would “definitely get back to me.” Of course, by the end of the business day, no one did. I called again several times, and on the third attempt a woman finally answered. She said there were some “issues with parts” and that the delivery would be delayed by another 4–5 weeks. I asked to cancel my order since I no longer wanted to deal with such an unreliable company. She said her manager would call me the next day, but I politely refused and asked her to just cancel the order. She still insisted on the call. So not only did they fail to inform me about the delay — even though I paid extra for express delivery, clearly indicating the delivery date was important to me — but they also completely ignored my messages and calls. The fact that they responded instantly when I asked about another product in a different chat clearly shows they were choosing to ignore existing customers. And only when I decided to cancel the order did they suddenly become eager to contact me. I wonder what their managers were doing during the previous four days when no one was answering emails or picking up the phone.

Your product will be ready within the stated delivery time frame you paid for, and the remaining part of your order will follow as soon as it’s available. An authority on the importance of good service as an Air Hostess with BOAC in the 60's, I commend the Manager MJ at your Showroom in Fairfax Road for just that. The service was outstanding, and resulted in a quick sale! Will comment on the product following delivery.
