Ordered from stock and delivered in 2 days, White glove service was excellent, took about 20 minutes and then a further 10 to explain everything, including a few details not so obvious such as the chance to replace individual segments of the sofa bed should you have a catastrophic accident with the red wine etc. Haven't really tried the sofa bed yet other than a cursory sample, will be back to review once fully tested.
