“Very good communication but found the invoice confusing. I had paid straight away yet the invoice to confirm the order stated Payment due on Order and the "Receipt" was another Invoice again stating Payment Due but the balance showing 0.00. Or is it just me? Excellent product and very helpful sales staff. Will buy again from this company.”

“I was told my freezer would be delivered on either one of two days. However, the delivery man called on the first morning to give me a slot and subsequently kept me informed regarding the exact time. This was very helpful as the delivery was to the Village Hall rather than my home. Delivery was quick and efficient and the man was very polite at all times.”

“I ordered a crepe maker - Krampouz- and the process was very straight forward, item was delivered promptly- although I did ask to be told when the delivery was going to be, i.e. date; so that I made sure to be in; well it didn't happened so I missed the first delivery attempt. None the less everything was an easy experience.”
