“The purchase experience was good and smooth. I got a call next day from my purchase to arrange delivery. The lady arranged the delivery date as I wish. Other sellers don't make this arrangement. I will definitely buy from FFD again.”

“After a good first purchase experience with a display freezer, the latest experience has been disappointing. They sent us a new display fridge that wasn't cooling accurately. We had to pay a £250 deposit (on top of the 3 month instalment plan) for them to send a repair person which meant we were unable to use it for about 2 months. I then had to chase them up to return the deposit.”

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that you had to chase up the refund of your deposit. This is something that is usually carried out as soon as a repair has been reported as complete however, on this occasion, the refund was missed. We have multiple steps in place to ensure customers always receive their refundable deposit. Our procedures outline that a refund should be manually initiated as soon as we receive confirmation from the manufacturer. On the rare occasion that this is missed, as is the case here, the failed refund would have been identified at month end and promptly credited back. In this circumstance you contacted us before our month end checks. The repair was carried out within 2 weeks of us receiving the completed warranty form and unfortunately even though you had an interest free instalment plan in place to pay for the equipment a warranty deposit is not classed as a part of this. We do accept complete responsibility for the deposit refund oversight. We agree that it is unacceptable that you had to chase it up and we will be reviewing our processes to try and ensure that this doesn't happen again. The FFD Team

“Bought a minus 60 freezer with dent on top of it. Still usable but if you are spending over 3k on a fridge, you expect a mint condition.”

We sincerely apologise for this and completely agree that when making a large investment you want perfection. All equipment is shipped from the manufacturer in mint condition however it appears that damage may have occurred during delivery. The team will be in contact with you shortly regarding the damage. Again our apologies for the inconvenience.

We appreciate the feedback on your order. You were made aware by our sales team when your order was placed that there was a 2-4 week lead time on the product. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it is when equipment you need is out of stock and although we have not yet reached 2 weeks, we can try to chase up an eta if you would like us to do so? “The freezers I purchased look smart the customers really like them.The staff on the phones are lovely and helpful.The only downfall was the delivery driver that delivered them he was rude inpatient and basically like a bulldog chewing a wasp”

“Good service, only reason why I would say not 5 stars is the specific item I had ordered for next day delivery stated that it was available for next day delivery however upon purchase the sales person informed me that it was an not actually possible. Apart from that, everything was great.”
