“We were absolutely pleased with the service. From our first phone call, being advised about the product / process including delivery, it all went perfectly. The only reason there are not five stars above is the fact the driver wouldn't take the pallet away and mentioned that we would have to pay if we didn't want it. He didn't offer to bring it in the building so I got two of our guys to help me.We would definitely use your company again and wouldn't let the silly driver put us off.”

“The service was brilliant the vehicle with tail lift lowered the unit safely to the ground and you operators wheeled the item through the door straight into the kitchen removed the packaging and left. They were very pleasant and helpful. We will always use your company for other refrigeration products again.”

“Liaison with delivery . Felt once order was placed it was then left to manufacturers to organise, and if course they don't. That said when I phoned ffd they were very good in sorting things.”
