“All elements of my order were good, other than I needed to explain exactly when I ordered my goods in order to find out when they were expected to be delivered (there was some mis or non communication between departments / staff...). The actual product was perfect and will last for many years.”

“Firstly I looked online at your products, and I couldn't tell which one I would be better suited with, so I used the online chat with a gentlemen. He was very helpful and directed me to the one that would be best suited. I then rang and ordered and it was delivered the following day. “I was totally satisfied with the whole order process and customer support.
