“Excellent cheeses, excellent service, I was given a date and it turned up on that date. Easy to order - all in all an excellent transaction - did I say The Cheeses are Fabulous. I will be ordering more - very soon. I had guests taking photos of the cheeses so they could order some!”

“Hard to write a review as this was a gift for someone else, but the emails to do so are building up, so... Great website and choices and would've been on time for delivery, but it was delayed a day which was awkward, as someone was waiting on for it (cheese on the doorstep in 30 degrees = bad). It was signed for by me apparently despite the fact I'm 150 miles away, but I'm guessing that's a delivery driver issue! Personally I will be buying from you again, to my own doorstep this time!”

Very sorry to hear this, we can also offer paper loose fill as an alternative. The issue with Fresh items can be the condensation. If you're only ordering fresh items and nothing very fragile this shouldn't be a big problem. Please do also note the the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycles via supermarket recycling stations. “I love the choice of food and the fact that i can have french food delivered to the UK. I am concerned at how long DHL had my order before delivery especially as some of it was cheese. With reference to the cheese it arrived completely squashed and did not resemble the rocamador cheese i have had before. Also the biscuits arrived broken.”

We do now have paper loose fill available. If you want us to use this instead of the flo pak green, please specify it in the notes box on the shopping basket page. The flo pak green is degradable and it should be possible to recycle it at supermarket recycling stations.

“Parcel shows as delivered but has not been received. It certainly has not been signed by me or my partner. It looks like it was delivered at the wrong address, 2 Moat Drive rather than 6 Moat Drive.”
