“The products I received were of good quality. Unfortunately, however, the delivery by DHL was delayed by 3 days with the goods in transit and depot storage (some goods were fresh and would have needed refrigeration), and a packet of biscuits roses was damaged. When the delivery finally arrived there was an additional box full of children’s biscuits and yogurts which I did not order and were clearly someone else’s. I reported these incidents to French Click and they resolved them quickly, organising a refund for the fresh goods and finding a solution for the biscuits and yogurts. Their service throughout was friendly and courteous.”

“No problem with making the order and arranging the delivery. However DHL dumped parcel on doorstep and did not knock on door or ring doorbell. The parcel was clearly marked that it contained perishable foodstuffs. The parcel was in direct sunlight. This was on one of the heatwave days. So many of the contents were soggy and wet. This upset the otherwise good experience.”

“After I had navigated the online shop it was a matter of clicking on the button and bingo into the basket. Lots of lovely foods I can get in shops in France now on the doorstep in a matter of days. There would have been a higher mark but an item was left out of the parcel but is included in the next one. Maybe it's to incentivise customers for another shop, anyway, it worked on me!”

“Great service though my delivery slot was 6.30-10.30 and it arrived at 11.10 pm which in my opinion is rather late in the day. Otherwise I would use them again especially as customer service is so hands on.”

“Product arrived on requested date but courier said so I’ll d be delivered between 17:25 & 18:25 so I went out only to receive another message just after 10 to say it had been handed to me when actually it was left on the doorstop in the sun melting. Would recommend French Click but not use the dhl delivery option”

“Nice selection of butter. Crazy postal charges.. thats all i can say so far. The bread i orderd became out of stock so it didnt arrive.. So we will see how it pans out.. Pleased to find good butter resourse..”
