“Communication is very poor. My scheduled delivery date was cancelled because one item was unavailable. Email asking for a new date went unanswered, follow up email received a response confirming rearranged week for delivery but no date. When the order was eventually delivered (luckily I was at home!) the same item was missing - no explanation, no information at all on whether a refund will be issued. I will not be using this company again.”
