“I've been aware of French click for a while and finally ordered last week. I suppose I thought delivery would cost a lot but it doesn't and I'm thrilled to be able to purchase my favourite French items that just aren't available near me. “First time in a while i have ordered from French Click. Happy with the range of goods on offer. Worth paying a premium for some of our French favourites. My only slight disappointment was that the Mergeuz sausages delivered had a short best before date but not a real issue as I froze them to be used on the bank holiday at the end of May. Timely delivery after order shipped by DHL.”

“Parcel was misdelivered and the issue still hasn’t been resolved after multiple follow-ups. Customer service acknowledged the incorrect delivery but there has been no meaningful update since. I keep receiving review requests instead of an actual resolution.”

“Product arrived on requested date but courier said so I’ll d be delivered between 17:25 & 18:25 so I went out only to receive another message just after 10 to say it had been handed to me when actually it was left on the doorstop in the sun melting. Would recommend French Click but not use the dhl delivery option”
