“Great service though my delivery slot was 6.30-10.30 and it arrived at 11.10 pm which in my opinion is rather late in the day. Otherwise I would use them again especially as customer service is so hands on.”

“I discover this website when looking to purchase a way de toilet as I forgot to buy it when visiting Paris 2 weeks ago. My Gosh I was just happy they have everything I needed . I am so happy I wouldn’t need to always travel to do my shopping loving my French foods 😊 They’re reliable fast delivery clean . I will order more soon I just love this website and want to thank the team for creating this facilities for us is to access our French products anytime on top of this they’re price are affordable. “Happy with my order mostly. The only difficulty was the temperature packing for the perishables was inadequate. The coldpacks were fully melted by the time it arrived to me. It was not yet fully warm but no longer cold either. I think a new system might improve the situation .”

We understand how that can be disappointing, unfortunatly this can happen during the heatwave if the package is delivered late or left in direct sunlight by the delivery company. “Fantastic to know French Click is there to keep me supplied with my favorite French produce! It was starting to get difficult to find my favorite Teisseire, nothing else comes close to the quality of their Sirops, so having discovered French Click, I should be sorted for life!”

“I started to use French Click in order to buy French Boudin Noir, which I can't find anywhere else, but all their food is excellent. There is a really big range and extensive selection. It is a bit like being in a good French supermarket! Communication with them is good, delivery prompt and food arrrives absolutely fresh.”
