This is because Poulain Super Poulain was not available unexpectedly, usually customer service should have been in touch with you to offer an alternative or to wait. “Hi there. I received my order as planned. Thank you. Just disappointed with the fact that I mainly ordered in order to buy a Brioche and only added a few other things to padd the order up... and I received everything But the brioche! I must be cursed. Impossible to get an half decent brioche anywhere it seems :(”

“Very prompt and friendly response to email enquiry. Easy to navigate website. Reasonable prices and delivery on time. I bought Flammkuchen because now with my acid reflux I can no longer eat tomato based pizza. Flammkuchen is a really tasty replacement for me and I’ll be ordering more when I’ve eaten what I have stored in the freezer.”
