“Really good selection at good prices but spoiled by dreadful delivery experience - parcel left in DHL courier void for days, constantly delayed, then delivery to wrong house… had to be rescheduled to a pick up point .. not good at all”

“I purchased from this company as a way to ensure my flour hadn’t had dangerous amounts of synthetic folate added to it, as we no longer have a choice in the UK. It was easy to order, arrived well packaged and quickly, all in excellent condition. I will certainly purchase from them again.”

“Very poor cordination from this company. One email to tell me my products have been delayed from the courier. No insights, updates to tell me why or when i will get my products. But at the same time I'm asked for a review. At the moment with out any clarity to where my products are, having taken the money and no clarity on when i will get my products i have to say AVOID this company, Very poor on delivery at best or a SCAM at worst.”

“So disappointed with French Click Error wouldn’t let me proceed to the payment. The message which popped up inviting the customer to contact French Click led to nothing, no response whatsoever and nobody to pick up the phone either. Very grateful for the 10% offer but pretty useless if the system doesn’t work and no one to sort it out”

“The online shop is very good. I still have not received the order because of the delivery people DHL saying I was not in when they tried to deliver. I was at home. French click said they would organise for it to my address instead of the depot. I’m still waiting!!!”

“I ordered a selection of items for my brother. Both chocolate items were sort of blanched, the chocolate was past its best. Once my brother told me this, I contacted French Click to express my disappointment. They asked if I would like to exchange the items, but unsurprisingly my brother had already thrown them away as they were inedible. I feel like good customer service would have replaced them as a gesture of goodwill rather than offering an exchange for a spoiled food item. I won't be ordering again.”
