“Very disappointed and won’t shop again here. One item came damaged, mentioned it to delivery person but couldn’t help. Sent an email to customer support but didn’t have the decency to reply. Rang the telephone number given and of course no answer. So I’ve paid for an item which gone in the bin. It was a horrible experience and never again.”

“No problem with making the order and arranging the delivery. However DHL dumped parcel on doorstep and did not knock on door or ring doorbell. The parcel was clearly marked that it contained perishable foodstuffs. The parcel was in direct sunlight. This was on one of the heatwave days. So many of the contents were soggy and wet. This upset the otherwise good experience.”

“This company are first class. I am so impressed with the attention to detail with the packing 6 x 1ltr bottles wrapped so well everything arrived perfect and shipped by a very professional courier service and again at a fair price. I found the alcohol free Pernod drink Pacific don't know of any other suppliers in the UK so please note you can really buy with confidence with French Click.”

“Good products but sometimes items show as in stock when order is placed but are out of stock when the order arrives. This is disappointing. Delivery is an issue as my last two deliveries arrived later than I had booked. My last one was a whole day late and had been in the post from Friday to Sunday and I had to email and ask for a refund for fresh items which I would not eat after they had been out of the fridge that long. Parcels are tracked end to end.There was a mistake with my order and I received two wrong items which I offered to return. I was asked for photographs of my order which I didn't provide as everything has been unpacked. The two missing items have not been refunded and I am left with two items I didn't want. Clearly, no-one wants to take my word for it that they didn't arrive. I am unsubscribing as I would prefer better customer service and the orders usually have something missing anyway.”

“Great products but my the chambers ordered hadn’t been stored properly so some had melted together and the Pastilkes de Vichy had been crushed. Disappointing given the price of the products.”
