“I love everything about French Click EXCEPT those terrible green polystyrene things you use in your packaging. They are a nightmare. I asked my local Council about recycling them and they said they couldn’t deal with them and I should put them in the general waste. This will not stop me ordering from you because I love my French groceries (I lived in France for a while) but I dread the green beasties with every order! Linda Wheeler”

Very sorry to hear this. The Flo Pak green should be recyclable at supermarket recycling points and it does also degrade in the natural environment. Additionally we do also have Paper card loose fill available as well now. If you want us to use this, please specify it in the notes box on the shopping basket page. We are just using it for some smaller orders by default for the moment but we do plan to roll it out to most orders ultimately.
