Won't be ordering again, purely because I just can't recycle the plastic bubble wrap that covered the bottles or packaging peanuts

We’re looking into more eco-friendly packaging options, please also note that the flo pak green loosefill is degredable in the natural envrioment and it can be recycled at supermarket points. We do also use paper packaging, but only on orders without fresh or fragile items because of package survivablility problems to delivery. Kind regards, Team French Click

We have been receiving deliveries from our suppliers of it in April so this shouldn't be the case. Please add a note in the box when you order to make sure we don't ship the order with it missing. Communication is very poor. My scheduled delivery date was cancelled because one item was unavailable. Email asking for a new date went unanswered, follow up email received a response confirming rearranged week for delivery but no date. When the order was eventually delivered (luckily I was at home!) the same item was missing - no explanation, no information at all on whether a refund will be issued. I will not be using this company again.

I collected my groceries from the warehouse and I was not impressed with the rather abrupt and off-hand customer service. I was impatiently asked for my invoice number 3 times while I was clearly searching for it on my phone. I left with my purchases feeling dispirited and wishing that I’d shopped elsewhere.

Very disappointing. I made an order specifically for the Echire minis. I ordered additional items to give the order some value. I had the minis cancelled, was refunded, but was not given the option of cancelling the whole order. I really only wanted the minis. Poor show French Click. I expected better from you. Needless to say, I won't be using you again!

I'm your customer since more than 5years. It's really difficult to reach on the phone, both of your two numbers when you have an issue with a parcel. I don't receive anymore slot time for my delivery with DHL or DPD. My last delivery I didn't receive it on the day I asked for.

We only offer the premium delivery slots before 1200 on the 24th and 31st of December, to try and ensure all orders are delivered. Cheese was good. But the delivery was very poor. I paid extra for a specific half day. The tracking wasn’t working and it arrived hours late. I complained to the delivery driver and he said, “it isn’t my problem, if you don’t like it, call the head-office” and walked off. Will not use French Click again if they use this delivery agent.

well , i v received the wrong items, triyng to call , spend over 15 min waiting with no response, tries both number nothing . the brand ordered is more expansive than the one sent , a bit cheeky , no explaination or information prior dispatch. If i knew this , i would have cancelled .

Poor packaging meant one of the three jars I ordered arrived shattered and contents useless. Did receive a refund but only ⅓ of the cost of the jars not ⅓ of the total which I originally paid. Probably won’t use again.

I ordered 2 jars of Soup de Poisson but received 1 jar only which was blown. (The area of the jar which shows air had entered so unsafe to eat). The second jar was Lobster Bisque.

The delivery, including perishables was late. TWO items were missing and a cheaper unacceptable item had been added. I emailed and I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes without response. Finally I spoke with someone who agreed that a mistake had been made and offered to refund the cost of both missing items. She said I was free to do whatever I wished with the cheaper unacceptable replacement. I’ll wait to see if the refund arrives. NB this is my second order. The first one, apart from being late, was OK so I felt safe to reorder.

Having been on a recent holiday to Sarlat and tasted their Perigord walnuts, we wanted to make sure we had the same quality back home. Purchased Perigord walnuts from French Click. However, the quality was poor. Many of the walnuts were shrivelled and some had mould on them once you broke through the shells. The product was delivered quickly but won't be purchasing again.

All my chilled products had to be thrown away because of the appalling packaging. Products in boxes entirely bashed and short of one item. I haven't had a reply to my last email. Been a customer for many years and I have seen a big decline in the service. Will not be ordering anymore. I will now use Epicerie Corner.
