I ordered 2 jars of Soup de Poisson but received 1 jar only which was blown. (The area of the jar which shows air had entered so unsafe to eat). The second jar was Lobster Bisque.

The delivery, including perishables was late. TWO items were missing and a cheaper unacceptable item had been added. I emailed and I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes without response. Finally I spoke with someone who agreed that a mistake had been made and offered to refund the cost of both missing items. She said I was free to do whatever I wished with the cheaper unacceptable replacement. I’ll wait to see if the refund arrives. NB this is my second order. The first one, apart from being late, was OK so I felt safe to reorder.

Having been on a recent holiday to Sarlat and tasted their Perigord walnuts, we wanted to make sure we had the same quality back home. Purchased Perigord walnuts from French Click. However, the quality was poor. Many of the walnuts were shrivelled and some had mould on them once you broke through the shells. The product was delivered quickly but won't be purchasing again.

All my chilled products had to be thrown away because of the appalling packaging. Products in boxes entirely bashed and short of one item. I haven't had a reply to my last email. Been a customer for many years and I have seen a big decline in the service. Will not be ordering anymore. I will now use Epicerie Corner.

Not happy they substituted to food i can’t eat then refused to refund. They said they would refund the shipping due to the delivery being late, but i havent received this either. And they havent answered my last email. Not good for a first order.

I have ordered several times and items were missing each time. There is no email confirmation showing which items are missing/being refunded so I have to log in to my account and check the updated invoice is aligned with the order picking ticket. One item had yet to be refunded in my last order so I contacted them via the online form and again no email confirmation if my message reaching them. I was also given a morning time delivery window when ordering but the delivery notification was in the afternoon. Definitely not a good customer experience.

I did not like this service. I ordered one French product; a different product arrived by courier. The company had even swapped the item on my order history. By emailing them, they agreed to take back the incorrect product. The experience was a waste of my time.

terrible communication, some items weren't in stock, didn't answer my questions, wanted to deliver the following week but would have missed the party I needed the items for. Suddenly items were available.

It could be a great shop and it use to be, but my 2 last deliveries have been subpar, the lack of communication to the customers, the phone who is just here to ring endlessly, missing product in the order, I emailed but I doubt I will get any answers, changing the time slot without checking with the client and so on. I gave them a last chance this year and I think I will try another shop next time

Very sorry about this, you should be getting emails for the deliveries in London now with a timeslot. Customer service is very, very busy at the moment due to the extra volume of orders which is why not all calls are answered. You should always get an email reply within 24 business hours.

We lived in France for 17 years and this is the reason we like to purchase food items that are hard to find in England. We have always been very happy with you products but find issue with this last delivery. The Toulouse sausages were inedible having skins like leather and little garlic . Overall the sausages had little flavour and were binned. The other products were fine. Michael ffinch Mitchell

My hopes of finding my favourite product in the UK were completely dashed when they sent me a box of 6 bottles of a different brand than I had ordered and I only realised it when I unpacked them. Efficient and friendly customer service but still a very disappointing experience. I will not use them again. Bad mistake. Don't advertise a product on your website if it is out of stock and even worse, don't just send out second best. Just not good enough.

Very sorry about this, you should have been informed before the change of brand from Cristal Liminana to Pacific was done and the order was shipped. It seems there is a problem with the stock of the item you wanted at the moment and we're investigating with the supplier when more is coming in to stock.

Very sorry about this, unfortunately sometimes there can occasionally be issues with these items due to the nature of these fresh products and the complicated supply chains coming from the EU in this new era. We are working very hard to make sure we have everything as we should do on the correct day.
