“I received my order from French Click, with only seven days before the the use by date on 6 out of 7 soft cheeses. The other had 4 weeks. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails and messages. Shockingly bad service.”

“I live in France and have family in the UK. Every Christmas I send them food parcels using French Click, and they're always delighted. And so am I, as all I have to do is choose what to put in the parcels and pay, and French Click does all the hard work! There's a great selection of items, the shopping basket is easy to use and there's a choice of delivery options. Merci et bravo French Click!”

“Happy with the quick delivery and communication with customer services. we haven't tried the products yet so can't review them, however, I'd just like to suggest for future reference that it would be great to have more info about the products generally on French Click's website, such as: Has the product been frozen previously, can it be frozen, are the chicken/pork/beef free range/ fed organically or not, etc.”

We strive to offer excellent customer service and are delighted that you were happy with the quick delivery and communication. We'll certainly look in to adding this product information, generally our products should not have been frozen previously and never by us. If the manufacturer has it should be stated on the packaging. We'll also look in to the other idea.

“The order was delivered on time with the fresh (meat) ingredients wrapped in disposal ice cube mats. Perfect as I was worried how fresh things would travel.”

“Very impressed with French Click! Shipping and delivery we on time and the order was fulfilled perfectly! I was surprised to find that the sweets I bought were a bigger quantity than I anticipated so the value for money is outstanding! They were also packaged so well with sturdy box an packing peanuts, it really did surpass my expectations! Cannot fault my experience with French Click, will be shopping here again!”
