“The product arrived, beautifully and sustainably packaged, but unfortunately, to a flat next door, rather than to my house. Someone 'clicked' the wrong address but I managed to track it down eventually. The man I spoke to at French Click accepted that they were at fault and offered to replace if necessary, which I'm glad wasn't needed. I was happy with the handling of the situation.”

We are using paper loose fill on dry and non fragile orders now and please also note that the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket recycling stations. “Great products, many remembered from my childhood when we used to spend holiday time with a couple of families in France, one in Abbeville and the other in Oullins who we'd got to know as their children came to stay with us on the OVSE programme (which I don't think exists any longer!)”

“Excellent as usual! I bought a few jars of mustard and they arrived promptly and very securely wrapped. I used the wrong address when I initially placed the order but emailed them the correct address as soon as I could. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they updated my order. I’ve placed several orders with French Click and I haven’t been disappointed once. Thank you so much!”

“I have nothing but praise for French Click. They do their part extremely well with fast dispatch and everything properly packed to survive the journey to me. Unfortunately, they are let down by their couriers who rarely (almost never) get my order to me on time. It is so bad I have stopped using FC as much as I used to.”

“Bought my six month supply of Teisseire and it was delivered much faster than I expected. The cans were well packaged BUT there was polystyrene in the packaging, I'd have preferred the starch packaging. Now I have a big bag of un recyclable stuff”
