An absolute disgrace. Placed my very first order and chose delivery date. On checking the limited information in my account it appeared that the order had not shipped, but according to Alban from customer services it shipped the previous day and should be with me the next day. Two days later and no sign of my order. Contacted them online and no response. Please also note they don't answer their phones. 40 minutes on hold each time shows their level of customer service. This was my first and definitely last experience of Frenchclick and I wouldn't recommend them at all. If I could give a score it would be 0 out of 10.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry for the poor delivery experience and the lack of response you’ve encountered. This isn’t the experience we aim for. This delay has likely happend because your delivery address is in Northern Ireland which will always take several days for delivery due to the extra distance and possible customs complications. We will investigate why the phone wasn't answered promptly and why you weren't give the the correct information about how long the order would take. Customer service will check the tracking to see where it has got to and should be able to provide an update tomorrow. Delivery was delayed, when it arrived the fresh food had reached the best before date. In future I will not order fresh produce.

Disappointed! I ordered two Couronne des rois for Epiphany with delivery on the 6th of January. Wasn't delivered on time - delivery was a day later on the 7th. Customer service was unhelpful saying they can't refund, I have to refuse delivery which I couldn't because it was being delivered to my work address on a day when I wasn't in. I didn't the galette on time and now I have to arrange a return!! Not fun at all....

Paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date so a family member could put it in their suitcase to take to Canada as a present. Showed up 5 days late after they had already left.

Ordered a few times before, never came across such mess. My parcel is gone with DHL instead of Parcel Force which was the courier I paid for. Due to be delivered today, the parcel might be in tomorrow with most of it to go straight in the bin after more than 48 cold chain broken. Trying to get to speak to someone over the phone, I have been waiting for over an hour !!!

Food was not delivered although the tracking on the day after I requested it to be delivered (for a diner party) said courier had delivered and I had rejected it. Requested refund which should have taken 3 days, but I didn’t appear to have received any refund. Would not rely on food delivery by courier again.

This company is a joke been buying from them for over a year and always the same problems, if is not out of stock products they still send you half of what you ordered. They change delivery date and time to they liking and don’t even bother to let you know over the phone they send you emails. Really not professional and never never answered the phone so don’t waist your time calling them. And when the delivery is made is always late never on schedule!!!! Really bad everything is no worth !!!!

Ordered products about 3 weeks ago. They were not delivered on the indicated date, even though the status I received showed “delivered”… I received a call by the driver who said he would deliver the following Tuesday.. nothing arrived… It’s been now 3 weeks… they do not respond to my emails, I feel like I’ve been stolen in plain sight..

I did not finalize my order since it was ridiculous to pay over 50 euros for delivery on top of a simple 42 euro order for seasoning. Brexit can keep their brexit insane prices.
