This company is a joke been buying from them for over a year and always the same problems, if is not out of stock products they still send you half of what you ordered. They change delivery date and time to they liking and don’t even bother to let you know over the phone they send you emails. Really not professional and never never answered the phone so don’t waist your time calling them. And when the delivery is made is always late never on schedule!!!! Really bad everything is no worth !!!!

Ordered products about 3 weeks ago. They were not delivered on the indicated date, even though the status I received showed “delivered”… I received a call by the driver who said he would deliver the following Tuesday.. nothing arrived… It’s been now 3 weeks… they do not respond to my emails, I feel like I’ve been stolen in plain sight..

Order placed 18 May 2025 but not received and no response to phone call to their contact number. No indication as to whjen or whether items will be received. Very poor service.

I did not finalize my order since it was ridiculous to pay over 50 euros for delivery on top of a simple 42 euro order for seasoning. Brexit can keep their brexit insane prices.

We truly apologise for the inconvenience you've faced with your delivery, we have checked the order and it was delivered to the address that was on the order when it was placed. We tried to resolve it by offering free delivery if you wish to order again.

Incompetent delivery service. Ignored instructions to leave in safe place if not in. Placed in DPD drop off. QR code doesn't open door. Unable to speak to anyone in French Click or DPD. E-mails ignored. Considering closing my account.

Very sorry about this, it looks like the order was shipped with DPD but has been damaged in transit. Customer service should be in touch about this to get it refunded or replaced if they haven't already.

Submitted an order on 12/05/2024 for $200 - have never received the shipment and still trying to reach the company. Was wondering if this is even a real company. Very disappointed since this was a Christmas gift to my French husband. 5 days after Christmas and nothing :(

Very sorry about this, this order contains items that we can't ship to the USA because of customs restrictions. You should have an email to the one you registered with about this.

Delivered wrong, address no response by phones of which I’ve tried 40 times and no response from over 5 emails. Incredibly poor customer service and very frustrating.

Sorry about this, it looks like this order was sent to the delivery address placed on the order. Please check your receipt email which will have the delivery address on the order at the time it was placed.

I ordered 12 odd bottles of mineral water and because they apparently were over weight ( not my fault ) I was e mailed to ask if I would pay more I replied saying yes of course But please let me know how you want me to pay because there’s no facility on your website to do that when you order the goods you click on the goods and it put them in the basket and for six odd pounds that they’re asking for for this extra top up, I’ve no way of paying it. I’ve emailed them three times Benedict Emailed me to notify me that this requirement of payment was needed and I emailed back three times and said please tell me how I’m supposed to I still haven’t had the water they took an order from me for £148 and if I don’t get something back in the next two days I shall make a formal complaint. Ask my money back and never order from them again. Absolutely ridiculous.

*** AVOID *** JOKE OF A COMPANY 1. order "arrived" slower than promised 2. not notified at any point prior to parcel arrival that some product were missing 3. send parcel to wrong address 4. they are very happy to never give you a refund for the products you did not receive (I deliberately waited over 2 weeks) There's no excuse!

Very sorry about this, it looks to me like the delivery was done on time for this order on the 27/09, from what I can see we have put the correct address. It looks like a couple of products were missing but they were noted on the picking ticket and your online account and you haven't been charged for them. Please can you email sales@frenchclick.com with the details and we'll investigate this further asap.

My order didn’t arrrive , have try to contact them but no answer on the phone as they are closed until Monday . Waited at home all morning for my delivery and nothing showed up . Left with no delivery and no way to contact anyone about it . Very disappointed

Very sorry about this, it looks like DHL sent it to the wrong Depot which is why it wasn't delivered on Saturday. There isn't much we can do about this other than resend a new parcel this week or offer a refund. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused by the failed delivery.
