Good choice of products but delivery fees shouldn’t be that high considering there’s already an inflation applied on each product.

I did receive the wrong type of honey than what I ordered . Costumer service was really helpful and I am waiting for a new delivery

I ordered some flour from this site which arrived. I then received a request for a review. I have not tried the flour yet but I detest pointless feedback requests - hence 2 stars knocked off

Ordering was easy and delivery options good. My only criticism is that it would have been good to have received prior notification of an item that could not be fulfilled and ideally offered a substitute.

The quality of French products is wonderful. Unfortunately, although we'll packed, and delivered, 2 items were dented in metal containers at the warehouse/packing stage. Took over a week to resolve. Eventually got replacements - one of them was also dented... Can not waste my time going through the emails, photographic proof, delays...again.

My order was supposed to arrive by DHL, unfortunately the delivery person didn’t bother taking it to my flat and left it outside our big block of flats. Needless to say, by the time I got downstairs it was gone. I was home all day and expecting this delivery. Now I have to go through a hassle of trying to claim it back.

Sorry about this, the reason is there is a very large extra charge and customs complications for us to ship to Norway. We would do it if was viable.

Very sorry about this. It's due to the time of year, customer service is very, very busy. They're answering emails first to avoid duplication with emails and phone calls for the same orders. Please email sales@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject or try on the phone in the afternoon.

Good to have access to this food. But expensive, and box that arrived, although made of re-cycled cardboard, was more tha half-full of expanded polystyrene shapes. Packaging could have been much more sustainable

Ordered a tin of confit duck legs. They arrived; however ..... It arrived three days later than the delivery invoice. Tried ringing the number on there website twice. Each time it just timed out. In short, I won't be using them again. Chris Wood.

Die Lieferung des Cafés war zeitnah und gut verpackt. Leider waren 5 Päckchen dabei die Luft gezogen haben, oder nicht richtig vakuumiert wurden.

I found the website difficult to use. The menu and product groups were limited and there were obviously more products available than appeared under those headings. Found what I wanted eventually by having to use the Search facility.

everything did get delivered but cold food stuff was going warm noticeably. I got this parcel in fridge as soon as it got here however as stated the cold chain was definitely not great. I would suggest early deliveries as opposed to after 11 am and more ice packs.

Sorry to hear this. In very hot weather, more ice packs should be used and the packages are also kept in the fridge until they are collected in the evening. This should ensure the package is still fresh for 24h. We will make sure with the warehouse are packing to the correct standard. - Greasy choice of products - Delivery charge was pretty high given the amount I spent - But for one of my items to be short-picked on my first order was very disappointing- and the half-hearted apology stamped on in red did not make me feel like a valued customer. And you made no effort to compensate me for the shortage. A voucher offering me discount on my next order could have kept me happy as well as ensuring I shop with you again.. I’m retired now but used to work in online retail. We fulfilled 99.9% of all orders placed. Unless I’ve been very unfortunate I suspect your order fulfilment falls well short of what should be expected. Either your stock balances were wrong. Or your picker did not look hard enough. Either way I didn’t get what I ordered..

Very efficient! Expensive! Incudes a ‘sales tax’ - what is this I wonder as there is no such thing in the U.K.
