good produce and prices but they never answer the phone - either endless hold music or a message saying they are closed!

Bof, one of the things on the order not the right one, and several yahourts smashed. Nice to have access to such a variety of products but I will try somewhere else before coming back. Desolé.

Great products and quick dispatch. However, I paid for delivery at a specific date and time-window - which was quite expensive - and the parcel arrives over 24 hours late.

.. Won't be ordering from you again I'm writing this review as in still hanging on the phone for over 30 mins waiting to talk to someone.you have taken full money for my order ,but haven't fulfilled my order .twice this has happend, with no offer of a refund .If you answered the phone you might be able to explain why this has happend

Hi there. I received my order as planned. Thank you. Just disappointed with the fact that I mainly ordered in order to buy a Brioche and only added a few other things to padd the order up... and I received everything But the brioche! I must be cursed. Impossible to get an half decent brioche anywhere it seems :(

I had two problems with this order: 1) I had difficulty getting the three items togeyther on a single order;2) the carrier took over a week to deliver the package Nevertheless, the cheese was excellent; The Tarama was not as good as the Blini Premium quality Tarama which I buy from the Auchan supermarket in Macon

the items arrived at intended though i don't like the fact that i order an item then suddenly it can be removed and not shipped. feels like a bit of a lottery as to what is going to sent.....also no idea if i get a refund for the item that is not shipped

Sadly not what we used to get Both were VERY tough but was told not so. For almost £50 each we shall buy other poultry

Charming delivery ! Unfortunately the reason I put in an order was that they had Confit de Canard.....but if wasn't in my delivery. Apparently they had run out of it, but they didn't bother to tell me, and they did have a different brand in stock which they could have offered me....but didn't. So a rather frustrating experience.

Hello I feel like I got scammed with the mont d'or cheese its was advertised as a 476g cheese but it was with the wooden box , and the leather around the cheese so the cheese itself might have been 350g only ..

Great products or those that were in stock. Wanted the Teissiere Zero range. Good selection on offer, but when delivered, one item removed from the order as not in stock presumably. Hard to read the stamped update on the delivery note to try and determine the exact reason. Packaging was like a 5 year old packing a pass the parcel prize. Expanded polystyrene, layers of bubble wrap, brown tape and yet still the cans were damaged. Thankfully nothing burst, but it's incredible in this day and age that a company can send anything out for delivery that presents so poorly and is so unenvironmentally conscious. Also package was delivered 4 days later than initially promised. No explanation. Overall, not a terrible experience but certainly could do a lot better.

The lemon cordial is fine as I knew it would be but the 4 containers were all badly damaged and dented on arrival that it is surprising that they didn't split!! They had obviously banged together in the box due to the parcel being thrown around I assume. Each container needs double layer of bubble wrap and not just one.
