“It is the first time I use French Click and I am very impressed. I found exactly what I used to buy in France, it was in stock and ordering was very easy. The delivery costs are very reasonable and you can choose your preferred delivery day. The parcel arrived on the day, so the whole process was very smoth. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I ordered three bottles of Teisseire Sirop from French Click. The order process was straightforward and the order was booked to come on a day and at a time that suited me. The tracking system on the app was brilliant and I had notifications about when the delivery would arrive and could see progress on the map. The driver arrived at the appointed time. All excellent. I will order again as I enjoy the sirops. They are on the expensive side when considering the delivery charge etc but they are not easy to obtain from other sources. Thanks.”

“My order was exactly as described, well packed, and of course, delicious. The carrier DHL delivered my parcel late afternoon, although they had been booked and paid for a morning slot. This issue was totally out of French click control At may add.”

“What a find. We can get all our French groceries and specialities online and they deliver outside London for a very reasonable cost vis DHL Plenty of choice on dates and time slots Excellent customer service too.”

“I am so happy that French Click stick my favourite French cheese which is not generally available in England. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. In addition, it was packaged so well with cold packs and insulation - essential as I ordered in the middle of the current heatwave. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use again.”

“Very pleasant to deal with. I rang twice about ordering something, and the lady I spoke to was patient and helpful. Ordered online, then went to collect [NB the building didn't have a large sign saying 'French Click'!]. It is No 12. Had a brief wait while my order was fetched - Georges Brassens song playing in the warehouse, and I had a chat with the phone lady. Tres bon.”
