“I love that I should be able to get all the wonderful things that I used to go to France and get myself, but I just don't understand their system. Sadly the past two times I have ordered things that DO NOT say 'unavailable' when I add them to my basket, they have failed to arrive and then they simply drop off the order. No explanation email in advance or any attempt to tell me when they will be in stock so they can dispatch them to me. I am assuming I have to order them again and would have to pay a delivery charge again. The items in question are over £30 and the thing I am most passionate about getting, not a minor part of the order at all. Added to the fact that they delivered 6 tins of the wrong brand of beans to me this last order I am a bit sad about the whole thing. They DID credit me for the beans and let me keep them, but had they asked me if I wanted them as a replacement to the ones that were supposed to have been in stock I would have refused them. Can they improve perhaps and get a real-time stock control system like most online providers I wonder? I am sure I will order again one day but it took me a long time to come out of a sulk the last time they did this to me :(”

“My normal supplier BonneBouffe was out of stock waiting for delivery so I thought I would try French Click – won’t use French Click again! They supplied items with very very short consume by dates, no notification of the consume by date before purchase, I expected at 7-10 days but when received on the consume dates were unrealistic. Received 23/09/21 at 12.21, Merguez Sausages Halal Maxi Pack ~2Kg marked consume until 25/09/21 so I would have to eat 2kg of sausages in less than 36 hours! The two packs of Saucisse de Toulouse Roulée Brassée 700g were marked consume until 25/09/21 so would also have to eat within 48 hours! Had no choice but to freeze all 3 packs.”

“Excellent service - delivery was complete and on time. Great to have access to excellent French products (in this case washing powder and liquid and toilet soap). Not so easy to just pop over for a day or two for shopping at the moment so French Click is very useful!”

“My ordered arrived incomplete despite being charged in full and I have received no communication regarding the missing items. I have emailed twice regarding the missing items and just left a voicemail message as well. Overall, it wasn't a great shopping experience.”

Very sorry about this. It looks like an item was removed from your order. You can view the final version of the order, including the amount you got charged from the your account section of the website in your order history. You should receive an e-mail reply within 24h and the phone should be answered Monday to Friday 0900-1730.

“My husband and I used to bring back various items when we holidayed in France, so I was pleased to learn that French Click could supply many of these items. I ordered both fresh and prepared foods and was able to choose the date of delivery. The items arrived very well packed and protected. Unfortunately my Coquilles were not available but hopefully they will be in the future. I can’t wait to make Cassoulet with my Toulouse sausages. Thank you French Click, I am looking forward to cooking this week.”
