“Items arrived on time but unfortunately our order was incorrect.We ordered two duck terrine two sanglier and two campagne .We received three sanglier instead of two and only one duck rest of order was correct.”

“I was disappointed that I was not advised before delivery that half of my order was not available. I didn't mind that things were not available, it was just the lack of communication. I had ordered the items for a dinner party and the forewarning would have prevented a last minute panic shop to replace the missing items.”

“The range and prices of products are extensive and attractive. The overall experience was let down, however, by inadequate packing by the supplier and then a 24-hour delay in delivery by DPD, so that the cheese and its chilled gel-insulation had melted and was inedible. Refund was swift and efficient. Well worth a visit.”
