Packaging is poor and items are often crushed and damaged, I stopped ordering yoghurts. Also telephone attendance is low and can’t get through to people for help. I am disappointed as I am a long standing customer and would love to carry on using this shop, if possible. I would have preferred to write a nice review but it’s not possible at this stage.
