“Good service, good packaging. The only issue is availability of products is not updated on website and there is no communication from customer service. Some items were missing and no explanation or email from customer service. I guess products were out of stock.”

“All the french food I love through the post ! Being an expat sometimes you miss food from home. With brexit this has made harder to get some of my favourite treat delivered. I’m glad I discovered this website. Delivery was smooth and considering the amount I have ordered it was reasonably priced. I have now managed to make at home a pork casserole like my mum used to do for my British partner by using some spice I couldn’t find here. I got my favorite Belgian chocolate ordered and the list keeps on. I will order again !”

“Not a great experience at all. My order has been lost. The customer service team hanged up on me and no further help or refund from their side. I would not recommend my friends this company.”

“If this review was based off pricing and delivery, 5 stars without a doubt, BUT, unfortunately, on my first order I had an issue, which could have easily been avoided. I ordered a bottle of Pomme Frites sauce, this was showing as in stock on the website, still does to this day, yet it was missed off my order, and put down as "0" on the picking slip, no notes on why it was missed off, no email, no communication at all. I tried calling their phone number, twice at around 3pm in the afternoon with no answer, I then emailed and finally got a response a day or two later (took around 3 days total to resolve this issue - but was refunded in full for the missing item). For it to be my first order, this wasn't the experience I expected, I thought customer service could have been 1000% better, but, for the rest of my order, everything was perfect. Will this stop me from using the site again ? No, I will definitely be using French Click again, I just hope with future order, if anything is missing from my order, I am notified before dispatch.”

“Great service for my first order. Items were quite well packed but some extra cardboard would have helped to keep heavy mustard jars from crushing packs of Pims biscuits flat. Berlin biscuit packs were split open and Lays crisps packet was completely split open and contents were emptied in bottom of box. Delighted to find our favourites from annual trips to France after missing 2 years through Covid. Will absolutely be ordering again soon. Thank you”
