“The site was easy to navigate, the parcel arrived on time. One item was out of date, and the tin of sirop was badly dented and leaking - both of these issues were dealt with to my satisfaction.”

“First time ordering from this company. I was impressed by the easy website and ordering a delivery slot. Delivery was prompt. A couple of things were out of stock and one thing was wrong. However, the Customer Service response ( Muriel) has been excellent and a bit of a surprise - very prompt, courteous and resolved everything immediately and satisfactorily. I will definitely be using FrenchClick again.”

“I was blown away by the amount of choice Frenchclick has. This is a perfect place to shop when you're craving that taste of France. The items came well packaged and you get to choose the delivery day which is convenient. I can't wait to order again!”
