obsolete website, half the products not delivered due to unavailability.. not sure i’ll ever try again

Very sorry about this. If you want to order again we'll be able to remove any delivery charge as quite a bit was taken off your order. Sometimes we have temporary stock shortages of items due to stock errors or supplier issues. Please e-mail customerservice@frenchclick.com or matthew@frenchclick.com to arrange that if you want.

Still not received my order. Order placed on 6/8/21, all items ordered were in stock. No emails to say when or if has been dispatched. Will not buy from French Click again. Very disappointed customer.

I would love to be able to write a review, however my order is yet to turn up, nearly a week after it was due to be delivered! When you place an order to be delivered on a certain day, then you stay in all day to receive that order and it doesn’t turn up, it’s very frustrating! I have contacted both Parcel Force and French Click themselves and as yet, my issue goes unresolved! So I’m afraid my review is a bad one.

No parcel arrived and money debited from account. Tried to phone and left message no luck. Emailed, one generic response and no reply to further one. I have ordered from this company before with success so not at all happy this time.

Very sorry about this. The item you ordered is no longer available so we need to either swap it for a different one or refund the full order. The phone should be answered Monday to Friday 0900-1730 and e-mails replied to within 24 business hours.

dissatisfied I wanted a delivery to guernsey checked you deliver to guernsey it said yes I carefully selected items much pondering as great choices, selected delivery date still impressed paid for my order, all good received order confirmation still impressed and then a few days later “we have refunded you as we cannot deliver to Guernsey” And that’s why only 1 star

Ordering was simple enough but parcel arrived with smashed jars inside and vinegar leaking out. Hazardous to dispose of broken glass. DPD (delivery service) blamed FrenchClick and basically said it wasn't their problem because FrenchClick had packed parcel incorrectly. I would like to hear FrenchClick's response.

1st: Failed to deliver the café I ordered and sent 2 terrines I hadn't ordered instead of terrine I had ordered. 2nd: In order to resolve the problem sent a café but not the one I ordered and failed to send the terrines I ordered. So.. Charged for café I didn't order and charged for 2 terrine I didn't order. Only ONE item I ordered was dilivered. So... a 25% success rate.... Used to be a great shop... Apparently no longer.

Delivery was over an hour late, I received 3 packs of brioches that expire on the same day of delivery, tried contacting customer service but no answer despite over 100 calls. I am beyond upset.

Unfortunately I was unable to buy anything since your website did not seem to work. I tried and tried but to no avail and was extremely disappointed as I wanted to buy the goods as a present for a friend’s 70th birthday. I even asked a family member to sort it out with no success

Ordered for the first time. 1 item was charged for and not delivered. I contacted Frenchclick via email and phone and only got automated messages indicating that they were too busy to answer queries. Terrible service and of course no refund for the item either

One item didn’t arrive and I haven’t been refunded, the chocolate Easter egg was broken on arrival and I ordered 4 small tins which were substituted for one large tin (if this had been communicated to me I would have cancelled the item). I emailed customer services with photos over a week ago and I have had no response.

This is my second review- I placed another order after my key item was missing but I guess there was no point in doing that as my order SO-323273 was supposed to be delivered on 30th in morning but never arrived and am unable to call FC as it says voicemail full. I even reached out on social media but no responses either. But of course my card has been charged. Im appalled. I would like an immediate update me on the whereabouts of my order or get full refund and discount.

I tried to order some products but was unable to for several weeks as there were no delivery slots. Eventually I was able to complete my order but when it arrived one of the items was not what I had ordered. I sent an email informing the company of this but have received no reply. This is a shame as I am a food writer writing for the biggest food and drink website in the U.K. and had planned to feature the company.

I ordered two cheese fondue kits for my partners 50th birthday. They arrived in very poor packaging which had burst all over the items and covered them in a foul gel. The cardboard was soggy and could not be given as a gift. The packaging was not adequate for a chilled item that needed to be refrigerated. No clear instructions on whether the item should be refrigerated online and that it would arrive spoiled. Waste of money. The fondue had to go in the bin. Disappointed. Please AVOID.

Very sorry to hear this, sounds like the packaging on this order was poor. The sorba freeze can be damp which can effect the packaging of items with cardboard outer packaging. The items should however remain fresh. Could you send photos to customerservice@frenchclick.com please and we'll be able to resend the order or offer a full refund.
