Very poor. I ordered some chocolates which were in stock apparently and received a delivery date etc.
Then I received a message saying it would take another few days to send out...
Then after a total of 11 days, another message said I would receive a refund in 3 more days. Which is over 2 weeks since I placed the order.
So thanks for messing me about un-neccessarily.
