Parcel shows as delivered but has not been received. It certainly has not been signed by me or my partner. It looks like it was delivered at the wrong address, 2 Moat Drive rather than 6 Moat Drive.

De ce qui est la livraison, c'est dans les temps. Cependant pour collecter la commande PERSONNE NE REPOND AU TELEPHONE, donc pas de service client. Et pas de possibilité d'aller chercher ses achats. Honteux!!!

Very sorry about this. We do have several staff on holiday at the moment which is making getting all phone calls difficult, however, e-mails are being answered within 24 hours or much quicker.

Did not receive my order, emailed the company and they did nothing to get the money back or send the order again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

it isn't in stock for months - then it is; but it really isn't - then it really is - then you want to charge $65 shipping on a small light weight order. what king of review do you think you should get?!!!!! or do you even know i still live in the USA? David Creighton

What a con! On the basis of on line offers I selected French Click over my existing supplier. Waiting until the day before the intended delivery I was contacted and advised my order exceeded the weight limit for delivery. The resultant change in amount supplied and the carriage due made my choice far more costly than their competitors. By waiting until impending delivery to advise what they would have been aware of from the outset (the weight) made continuing with an expensive revised order the only option to receive continuity of Hepar Water as required on medical advice.

I ordered from the United States and they substituted what I ordered. It cost me a lot and they sent me an item I could have bought here and wouldn’t have had to spend 54 pound for shipping. I was told they didn’t substitute international item, but no one has gotten back with me. Very disappointed total spent for nothing I wanted 117.00 pounds.

Very sorry about this. You shouldn't have been sent a different brand without us checking if it was ok first. Customer service should be in touch to try and resolve the problem.

We ordered cheese and it took several days/more than two weeks to arrive and then the order was incomplete. I had to initiate contact to find out the status. When it finally arrived it was incomplete.

This is not the 1st time I have had a delivery issue with French Click. The latest one is I am still waiting for my delivery that was due on 17 December, ordered and booked the delivery ahead and with plenty of time left before Christmas. French Click are blaming it on Parcel Force saying their orders were not collected as planned. Parcel Force says the order was returned to their depot. Now it’s out again for delivery apparently, still waiting… When you email French Click you get a “sorry, it will be delivered today”. 5 days on and still waiting. Of course there are fresh products in the order which will therefore need to be binned on arrival as they have been out on the road for several days, and I am pretty sure I will get no apologies and no refund from French Click. Avoid at all costs.

Very sorry about this. If anything doesn't arrive in good condition we'll refund it or offer a replacement if there's time to send it out. Please e-mail customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we'll sort that. There have been more delivery issues than usual this year due to strikes and then very bad weather for a couple of weeks.

Sent me the wrong foie gras half the price of the one I paid for. Emailed them, called many times and no one is answering the phone. Last time I buy from you. Disgusting service being given how much we paid.

neen echt geen aanrader !!! geen update over levereing, zeggen 3 tot 6 dagen leveringstijd......................na 15 dagen nog geen nieuws !!! nochthans rekenen ze wel genoeg leveringskosten aan !!! KOMT MIJN LEVERING NOG ???? niemand die het weet !!! ECHT NIET OK !!!

Very sorry about this. Please e-mail customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject. There have been some delays to international orders but they are going out. Customer service should be able to provide a tracking number.

I have ordered a few items for Christmas to arrive. I received a confirmation email about delivery. Yet a few days after it should have arrived, I received an email saying that some of the products are not available! Waste of time.

Very poor customer service. When my order arrived (in my order I had two packs of the same sweets) one was fine, the other looked like it had been kicked around the floor as it was very crumpled and split open, with a very faded sell-by date!! I emailed customer serv. who replied "Unfortunetey, we cannot redeliver a single pack of sweets"! As you can see they can't even spell! They did tell me I could keep the rubbish pack!!!! But more importantly, why could they not have sent me another pack, I replied again explaining that they were a gift for two boys so I would not be able to use the other bag, so could please just pop a bag in the post as this was not my mistake. They have not even bothered to reply. Not at all happy that they feel they can just put any old rubbish in with an order and hope you don't notice.

The day before my delivery I went on the website to check the status of my order, I realised some items add been removed. I called and was told they didn’t have the items. I wanted to cancel the order as not all my items were going to be delivered, was told I couldn’t cancel! I had to cancel 48h before delivery! I asked why they didn’t let me know before, I was told they didn’t know! As they wouldn’t let me cancel the order, they promised my missing items would be delivered at some point when available. Then later on I received an email saying the redelivery was cancelled. Overall they were quite happy to take my money, but had no interest on fulfilling my order. Will not use again!

Very sorry about this. We don't take card payments until we actually ship orders out. We're investigating what was missing and what's happened there. If the order was shipped already you can refuse it, will be returned and we'll offer a full refund. We can also ship missing items later or offer free delivery on your next order if you want to re-order them.
