I ordered 12 odd bottles of mineral water and because they apparently were over weight ( not my fault ) I was e mailed to ask if I would pay more I replied saying yes of course But please let me know how you want me to pay because there’s no facility on your website to do that when you order the goods you click on the goods and it put them in the basket and for six odd pounds that they’re asking for for this extra top up, I’ve no way of paying it. I’ve emailed them three times Benedict Emailed me to notify me that this requirement of payment was needed and I emailed back three times and said please tell me how I’m supposed to I still haven’t had the water they took an order from me for £148 and if I don’t get something back in the next two days I shall make a formal complaint. Ask my money back and never order from them again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very sorry about this, not sure what's happened here but this order should just be sent out and we'll get the warehouse to do that asap.

*** AVOID *** JOKE OF A COMPANY 1. order "arrived" slower than promised 2. not notified at any point prior to parcel arrival that some product were missing 3. send parcel to wrong address 4. they are very happy to never give you a refund for the products you did not receive (I deliberately waited over 2 weeks) There's no excuse!

Very sorry about this, it looks to me like the delivery was done on time for this order on the 27/09, from what I can see we have put the correct address. It looks like a couple of products were missing but they were noted on the picking ticket and your online account and you haven't been charged for them. Please can you email sales@frenchclick.com with the details and we'll investigate this further asap.

My order didn’t arrrive , have try to contact them but no answer on the phone as they are closed until Monday . Waited at home all morning for my delivery and nothing showed up . Left with no delivery and no way to contact anyone about it . Very disappointed

Very sorry about this, it looks like DHL sent it to the wrong Depot which is why it wasn't delivered on Saturday. There isn't much we can do about this other than resend a new parcel this week or offer a refund. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused by the failed delivery.

Hi Very disappointed. I ordered 4 white skin Halal chickens and only 3 yellow skin chickens were delivered. No explanation or money refund. How can I trust or order from you again. Order Picking Ticket SO-462720

Very sorry about this, it looks like when the product was setup it was done as mistral without being yellow or white specifically. The 1 missing was removed from the order and the total charged was then £58.05. Adrien should be in touch with you about this.

Not impressed. A series of either incomplete or delayed deliveries. When finally sent, delivery is not made on time. Still waiting. Perhaps use a more reliable delivery service? I don’t think I will use or recommend French Click again

Very sorry about this. Unfortunately it seems some items were removed from your original order when they shouldn't have been. The redelivery was then moved back one day as the soap was still missing. Unfortunately we can't control exactly DHL but we are sorry they delivered later than expected.

Not sure what is going on. Incomplete order delivered last week, customer service totally unresponsive to emails and phone calls until the negative feedback was posted. French Click was supposedly sending the missing item. Package never arrived, French Click could not track the order, no real update forthcoming, one wonders who is actually taking care of the orders and of the despatch?? Not reliable and honest. Still waiting to get my money worth of items

Very sorry about this, it looks like we had a problem with the stock of the Persavon Savon De Marseille Glycerine 4x100g which delayed the reshipment of the order yesterday. This item is coming in today and we're going to ship it today.

So disappointed. Is French Click run by a new team? Order was despatched without informing me that a couple of items were out of stock contrary to information at the time of placing the order, had I known I would not have ordered the rest but would have waited until the most important items were actually available. Refund was made promptly, which ticked the boxes. Upon receipt of the order however, one item was missing, despite being charged for it. I rang a million times and emailed to bring this to the attention of French Click: no answer to my emails, and no one ever picks up the phone. So as things stand, I have been charged for more than I have received and this is dishonest. I truly hope to have this rectified.

I received your delivery safely and promptly on August 30th but I have three concerns: 1. Is the green packing material biodegradable? Should I put it in the council's green recycling bin or the non-recycling bin? 2. DPD delivered on time and I was at home to receive the parcel and saw him arrive. Except the driver did not knock at the door. He just left the parcel at the door. All the doors in our house open outwards and the parcel was now blocking the door. I had to exit by another door to retrieve it. So you lose two stars for employing DPD (which presumably stands for Doesn't Properly Deliver). 3. On August 31st I emailed yourdelivery@dpdlocal.co.uk (which in my inbox says French Click in bold characters so I assumed you would receive my email) to make the above points. I wrote again on September 5th and, to date, have not received a reply to my query and complaint. So you lose another two stars.

Very sorry about this. The flo pak green is indeed degradable, for recycling it needs to go to the supermarket recycling station. We do also use Parcelforce and DHL who may have a better driver in your area. You need to email us at sales@frenchclick.com or customerservice@frenchclick.com, or you can call us on 02070976613, it looks like you have emailed a DPD address which they can't send on to us.

Well I was really disappointed about my delivery been delayed because of no driver, but the most frustrating part I didn’t get no update when choosing an other delivery had to call the number to ask were was my shopping.

I haven’t received it because I think they sent it to some other address from a past order and not the one I put on for this order? The delivery company told me to contact French click for redelivery but I can’t see how to do this on their website

My last two orders were delayed 3.5 hours and 2 hours last time. There's no way to contact the driver (or anyone else) to get an update, so both times I was literally stuck at home, waiting. Also some items were missing and it would be nice to have a warning about it when orderning. I order on frenchclick mostly to get Francine flour (and the rest is "extra") so when that specific item is missing, it's really disapointing and my order doesn't really make sense anymore.

Very sorry about this, unfortunately in your area it can be quite difficult to deliver in the morning consistently due to the distance from our depot. You should be able to contact customer service on email customerservice@frenchclick.com and on the phone 02070976613 on delivery day and they'll be able to estimate a delivery time. We are also very sorry about this missing flour, if you want to order just that we can arrange to deliver it when we're in the area without any delivery charge. Please contact customer service and we'll sort that.

Offered a sale, accepted by me with payment, consideration, but declined to deliver the two orders because they'd apparently underestimated the transport costs! Wanted more money to fulfil the sale! Very disappointing experience. They agreed to cancel both orders and refund. Still waiting for refund!

Very sorry about this, it was due to a bug when your address was changed to an EU one. We have now updated your account so you would have the correct shipping options for this location. It is quite a lot more than shipping to the UK due to the distance.

Delivery was nearly four hours late. No communication from French click though I tried to call over six times and also sent a message via Contact us. Very, very disappointed!

Very sorry about this late delivery. The driver on Saturday had a long route and additionally there was an error resulting extra miles being done which shouldn't have been. We are working very hard to get all the deliveries on time in London and to make sure such a long delay doesn't happen again.

Placed and order for Raclette cheese, got a paid nominated day delivery with was last Friday as we had friend coming for dinner to enjoyed a raclette. we are today Monday 11th of March and I still don't know where my order is? I have email, call 8 times, still no answer. I have try to contact them again, but the phone just keep ringing, no one to respond to the calls. unacceptable to leave customer in this situation, but most not be bothered to see where their products are going, as clearly they would have notice that the food hasn't been delivered. I am still looking for someone to reach out to me from French click.

Very sorry about this, our driver came to the location to do the delivery but has returned the order back to the warehouse. We will investigate why this happened. Usually they should also call you if there is any problem on the delivery.

I ordered choucroute for Mother’s Day, plus Montbéliard sausages and mustard. I was notified two days prior that the choucroute had not arrived from France…. I wrote that I would try to get the choucroute somewhere else, but I really needed the sausages and the mustard. On the day of my delivery, the day before Mother’s Day, NOTHING was delivered. I had 4 mums, my daughter and daughters in law coming for that special lunch. I had to scramble to try to replace the undelivered food. I tried to contact French Click but nobody there to answer the phone. I find it absolutely unacceptable to treat customers that way. So beware of delivery problems, many unavailable items,and poor customer service it seems.

Very sorry about this, it seems customer service did not see your email reply in time to get the delivery out for Saturday. There was a temporary stock problem with the Choucroute Royale, we could have delivered the other two items though. We will look at our procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again.
