The site allows you to put groceries in your cart which it is then unable to provide. Therefore, without warning, you are paying high delivery costs which would only have been worth it for the full order not the partial one. Plus the annoyance of receiving only part of what was ordered. In my case 3 bottles of my favourite French mustard were missing which was the main reason for the order!

I ordered on French Click for a scheduled delivery 3 weeks ahead from the time of placing the order. After few days I received the full refund of my order. I presumed that my order has been cancelled due to stock shortages, however I never received any email from them to let me know if and why they refunded my order. After a few weeks I received an email where I was informed from Parcel Force that a delivery is scheduled for me the very next day. The next day French Click took the money from my account without informing me and without my permission, however this wasn’t the same amount that I originally ordered before. As I received a full refund a few weeks prior (shortly after placing my order) I was not expecting this order to be fulfilled. What would have happened if I didn’t have this money in my account and I got a bank charge added on? I’m very disappointed about this experience as I ordered a big amount of products and that I didn’t receive any updates of changes or progress to my order. Due to a refund shortly after placing an order I presumed it was cancelled. Absolutely terrible communication from them!

Very sorry about this. This has happened because we don't charge your card until we ship the order out, a temporary hold is placed which will expire after a few days. We do this in case there are missing items as we can reduce the amount to what you actually receive. There were quite a few missing items in this case so the amount charged was much lower than the original amount. It looks like the order was placed for January the 7th so we shipped it on the 6th as planned.

This is the worst shopping I ever made .The delivery was moved to another day without telling me and I had to wait the weekend for having my shopping.Delivery never came between the time slot they suggested and an item was missing.I have called them the staff is way out of line,scream and don't let you speak .They hanged the phone twice and never picked up after 5 times.This is disgusting the way they treating me .No one has offered me anything as a compensation.Please dont buy from them.

Andouilette was six days past 'eat by' date. Vacherin was rancid Beaufort was broken in pieces and had the texture of Kraft cheese slices Duck confit apparently came from Perivale Middlesex Not impressed

Packaging is poor and items are often crushed and damaged, I stopped ordering yoghurts. Also telephone attendance is low and can’t get through to people for help. I am disappointed as I am a long standing customer and would love to carry on using this shop, if possible. I would have preferred to write a nice review but it’s not possible at this stage. Problem here was the packaging - 42 (!) separate bottles of Badoit, without the usual 6-pack containers. very difficult to organise and put away, because the box and split open and the bottles were all over the place on my step..... French click are usually great and DPD too, but not this time.... I did ask you about this directly after the order last week, but got no reply..... disappointing.... Some products are missing And they deliver another product in substitution without my consent And didn’t receive a refund of the missing products which they don’t have in stock

Very sorry about this. I can see the items were removed from the order due to a stock issue and you have been charged accordingly. This should have been communicated better, you can find the updated version of your order from the your account section of the website in your order history. The substitution is an error, this should not be done without confirming with you when it's delivered. Not a great experience at all. My order has been lost. The customer service team hanged up on me and no further help or refund from their side. I would not recommend my friends this company.

My normal supplier BonneBouffe was out of stock waiting for delivery so I thought I would try French Click – won’t use French Click again! They supplied items with very very short consume by dates, no notification of the consume by date before purchase, I expected at 7-10 days but when received on the consume dates were unrealistic. Received 23/09/21 at 12.21, Merguez Sausages Halal Maxi Pack ~2Kg marked consume until 25/09/21 so I would have to eat 2kg of sausages in less than 36 hours! The two packs of Saucisse de Toulouse Roulée Brassée 700g were marked consume until 25/09/21 so would also have to eat within 48 hours! Had no choice but to freeze all 3 packs.

All you had to do was go to the post office and send our order to Jersey via Royal Mail. For some reason you are not able to and refunded our money???????

Ordered a large amount, followed the process online with deliveries. All went well until only 1/4 arrived. After asking, i was told that I had selected the wrong shipping. Why this was not raised during the ordering process!! Reactive, not proactive not customer focused sadly. Unless you raise this, clearly nothing would have been done. Felt flicked off!

Very sorry about this. We can only send 30kg of water per order outside of London. We are working on getting it so you won't be able to order more than this amount in the first place online.
