“First class service, on time deliveries and no issues in 6 years. I have used French Click since 2015 to obtain top up supplies of otherwise unobtainable specialities between trips to France. The recent combined difficulties of Brexit and travel disruptions have made single shop[ping trips impractical/impossible and French Click has proved invaluable in maintaining supplies of items that if not vital are certainly highly desirable.”

“I would love to be able to write a review, however my order is yet to turn up, nearly a week after it was due to be delivered! When you place an order to be delivered on a certain day, then you stay in all day to receive that order and it doesn’t turn up, it’s very frustrating! I have contacted both Parcel Force and French Click themselves and as yet, my issue goes unresolved! So I’m afraid my review is a bad one.”

“The delivery was excellent, the food arrived chilled and well packaged. The food itself was not as high quality as I would have liked and whilst the Foie Gras was great fried, it had a slightly unwelcome after taste without cooking, so not as nice as other Foie Gras that I've eaten.”

“Beautiful produce, arrived promptly and kept me well informed. The Packaging was a bit of a nightmare, I can understand things need to be kept cool, but the cool cubes had leaked everywhere and covered everything in a sort of gelatinous mess and the polystyrene chips went everywhere. Need to rethink your sustainable packaging . No complaints about the produce, it was delicious.”

“No parcel arrived and money debited from account. Tried to phone and left message no luck. Emailed, one generic response and no reply to further one. I have ordered from this company before with success so not at all happy this time.”

Very sorry about this. The item you ordered is no longer available so we need to either swap it for a different one or refund the full order. The phone should be answered Monday to Friday 0900-1730 and e-mails replied to within 24 business hours.

“I love Bonne Maman jam, but was fed up that I cannot get to France and buy some of my favourite ones (different fruits) that never seem to be available in the UK. I was very happy to find the French Click site, which had some of them at the time. I was also happy to be able to order some of our favourite French snacks and cheese types which we can never get here. Unfortunately one of the cheeses was missing (although it had been in stock on the website when I ordered) - however I discovered that I had not been charged for it, so was happy. I have recommended the site to a couple of people who I am sure will be happy to know about it. The parcel was delivered on the date stated, there was about a week between ordering and delivery. Only a minor niggle, the best before date on the cheese delivered was pretty close to the delivery date, hence 4 not 5 stars.”

“The products are first rate but the admin is a shambles. First they told me that some of the products I ordered were out of stock and could I wait a few days. When I asked how long is a few days and which products were out of stock I didnt get a reply. In the meantime they had charged my credit card. 2 days later I was told which products were out of stock but the same day I received an email telling me my order would be delivered the following day. When it was delivered it was complete except for 1 of the 6 duck breasts I had ordered.”
