“Some products are missing And they deliver another product in substitution without my consent And didn’t receive a refund of the missing products which they don’t have in stock”

Very sorry about this. I can see the items were removed from the order due to a stock issue and you have been charged accordingly. This should have been communicated better, you can find the updated version of your order from the your account section of the website in your order history. The substitution is an error, this should not be done without confirming with you when it's delivered. For a refund for this item, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject.

“If you miss being able to buy some French treats try French click . Always good choice of regular French supermarche goods. I love confit de canard and find gratin dauphinois great for topping a fish pie.”

“In all I had a good experience. I ordered some raclette cheese and charcuterie and was given a lead time of roughly one week so I'm guessing it come directly from France. My only advise would for people be plan ahead to avoid disappointment.”
