The bottles of water were just as we wanted, but unfortunately the website does no inform you (or stop you from ordering) that the maximum order for bottles of water is 26, I ordered 36 and was surprised to discover a "short " delivery.

My daughter recently ordered some French goodies for me for Father’s Day, I was impressed with the variety of items that she managed to get me. So, when we cancelled our holiday to France, I decided to cheer myself up by placing my own ordering. I didn’t realise the range of items available, so order was placed, I soon received an email telling me my order was on its way. The items were delivered on time, no breakages so very impressed. I will be ordering further items in the future.

Not being able to get to Auchan really got me down. Then I discovered French Click and was able to indulge in my love of rillettes and gorgeous pate du canard. The lemon mousse were a little flat but still tasted good. I will definitely be buying more from French Click.

Excellent range of products, which we have missed buying in France because of current travel restrictions. Sometimes ordering on line can be difficult at busy times.

Product good but packaging not as good as expected as food arrived a bit later than expected and not cold enough more ice packs should of been used

Plenty of choice and more organic products coming on stream. Much better now that delivery times have shortened again, but there's still time for some items listed as available to go out of stock before the order is prepared; perhaps an indication of "short supply" or "one left" or similar could be triggered on the website at a certain point so that when ordering we know the article may no longer be available. Still a great service!

2packets of dried soup missing Knorr Soupe deshydratee forestiere. It’s ticked on the Order Picking Ticket no SO-334387 but was not in the parcel. I have trie many times to phone and once left a message but have not heard anything. A pity as I was delighted to find this site and would love to place more orders if I could trust customer service!

It is good to be able to order favourite French products in the UK especially with the major restrictions and stupidity of Brexit. You should make it clearer to customers that there will often be substitutions and sometimes cancellations and that you'll adjust the final bill if that happens, so the customer isn't left wondering whether they've been charged for something that hasn't arrived.

I was very pleased with the delivery service from French Click - next day and well packed with cool bags to keep items fresh. The only disappointment was that the creme fraiche was already out of date on the day it was shipped.

What you sent was fine and well wrapped. But 2 complaints: 1. There seems to be no inventory control on your website. One of the items I ordered did not arrive. i was told when I rang it was out of stock at the time of my order but was now back in. Would I like it sent? I would have to pay delivery again (almost the same as the cost of the item). Certainly not ! 2. You understate the delivery charge by omitting VAT, which is annoying and I believe against the rules

Very sorry to hear this. If the two items were key to your order we'll be able to resend them and waive any delivery charge. Please e-mail matthew@frenchclick.com and customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can sort that for you. The delivery charge is shown including VAT on at least one page with the total order amount before you checkout and pay just not on the initial one. We appreciate it can be clearer and we're working on getting in included in all pages.

Had what we wanted, arrived on time but too much packaging. Could have just popped in a jiffy bag rather than a box and loads of polystyrene, just too much and a waste.
