“Today, I was very disappointed with "French Click" I have been a customer for years ans didn't like the way I have been spoken to ! To cut a long story short, few of the items I've ordered did miss. Unfortunately for me, I was the one to have to sort it out by taking some pictures of the goods I've already received when the fault was entirely to French Click. I didn't need to be more stressed than I was ! That was on order of helping me ?! The woman on the phone had everything she needed to sort everything for me. I am a good customer and spend always quite a lot of money ! So, please, I've a little bit of respect ! Where is customer services those day ! Fortunately, I did recovered the missing parcel. Unfortunately, some washing-up liquid pored all other the other items ! But I certainly did not want to contact you to have, again, to have to deal with that unpleasant person !”

“French Click shipped a partial order, despite a pick ticket saying everything was shipped. When I asked for the remaining items to be shipped, I was told they would issue a refund for those items.”

“Good service as always from French Click. This time there was insufficient stock in the size selected so I was contacted to see what was wanted. I chose a smaller size and the order was quickly sent with a 1 hour delivery slot and the money difference was received in my paypal account before the delivery arrived. Thank you very much for your very good service.”
