“Possibly my fault but it was not entirely clear that the despatch date was not as fast as I had expected. However, the goods were well packaged (would like to have seen more eco friendly packaging) and in good condition. I will be back.”

“I placed an order for a considerable number of Teisseire cordials which I can’t now buy from Waitrose or Ocado because it would appear that they’ve stopped selling these delicious cordials. I’m extremely pleased with the service I have had from French Click. My order was despatched promptly and arrived altogether in one box.”

“Ordered on 5/12/22, delivered finally on 16/12/22. 11 days is unacceptable for cheese to be in the postage system. Even if you go by the e-mail notifications of actual delivery that goes from 12/12 to 16/12 that’s at least 4 days out of the fridge . Many “delayed” messages. No follow up until today 2/01/23. Poor.”

“We lived in France for 6 years 30+ years ago. It was so nice to browse the wide selection, remembering the old names; and even better to receive and taste them. Everything was very well packed. The boudins blancs were delicious, as was the cassoulet. We are looking forward to placing our next order!”
