“This site was recommended by a customer. Browsing through the items brought back lots of happy memories. In the end we bought Merguez and lots of Carambars. We were given a choice of delivery dates and our goodies turned up on time delivered by a charming man.”

“I'm very happy with my order, it arrived on time despite the pre-Christmas rush, and all the contents were as described. We are busy tucking into our french goodies right now! My only criticism is overuse of bubble wrap and sticky tape (I am environmentally conscious).”

“We ordered cheese and it took several days/more than two weeks to arrive and then the order was incomplete. I had to initiate contact to find out the status. When it finally arrived it was incomplete.”

“Good website, but after 5 days order had not been shipped. After I alerted this it seems they sent it advising it WOULD arrive on the day / slot I paid for. It did not! Carrier advised it would arrive the following Day. It did not arrive despite us staying in as part of the order was a gift. Instead, we got a text message stating we had not been in (untrue) and it would be available at a 'drop-shop' the following day. Drop shop was a 7 mile walking round-trip”

“Having lived in France for several years and now back in N Ireland and missing a few of those things we liked thought I'd give French Click a try. Surprised at the great selection of goods available and made my first order before Christmas. Unfortunately, a couple of items were wrongly delivered however when I contacted them they were outstanding - redeliver or refund. I chose redelivery and have just received the package. All I can say is that they were first class in all they have done so will order again - top class”

“Very grateful to French - click for their variety of french products made available in the UK. The Pacific Anis is very similar to the Blancart (unavailable as yet). Need to order in advance in future though, as couriers can sometimes have delivery obstacles. Thank you French Click.”

“Loving French coffee and ONLY French coffee since 1984, especially Grand' Me're, French Click is the only way I can buy it in Scotland, since for health reasons I cannot buy it in France. However, in 2022 a former colleague brought me back 10kg to last a while. French Click is the only source of Bearnaise sauce since for some reason Scottish people don't adore the taste of tarragon. I also can't buy French Prune cake in Scotland. Far Breton is also my favourite but French Click don't sell it any more. Merci de votre accueille.”

“Where were you all this time 🤣 I have been in the uk for 9 years and didn’t know you existed! Thanks to you I had a great Christmas with my favourite French rillette and cheese. All came nicely wrapped in bubblewrap and on time 👍I will definitely re-order from you soon 👍thank you so much”

“Paid extra for a morning delivery, stayed home and the delivery was pushed back to the next day. Was promised a refund on the difference, which never came. One item was missing, essential part of Xmas Dinner so that was definitely not great either. This was refunded at least... Otherwise all good, products were still fresh despite the delay, probably due to it being the week when it was freezing outside.”
