“Love the produce and the prices. My low mark is the result of a recent failure to inform me in advance that a key purchase was not available and was not supplied resulting in severe embarrassment. Some way to warn customers that high cost items will be missing from their delivery must be incorporated with the service.”

Very sorry about this, if a high amount of your order is missing, this should be communicated in advance of the delivery so you don't only find out when we show up.

“Delivery was reasonably fast: I live in Hawaii. I would prefer if DHL wasn't used as I do not trust them from past experiences in Europe, but this time it almost went as it was supposed to. Products were exactly what I ordered. I will order again and make this as regular as possible considering the cost of shipping.”

“I stumbled on this online store when searching for a particular item and was very pleased to see a fantastic range of French goodies. I placed an order for several things including meat products. I received everything that I ordered and the meat products were packed in special cool bags…fantastic!!! Prices are pretty good too and will certainly buy again!!”

“I buy Benedicta mayonnaise from French Click as I cannot find anywhere near me that stocks it. The price is good and although delivery may not be as fast as some would probably like, it's not an issue for me. The product is very well wrapped and I've never had any broken jars. Would reccomend.”
