The flowers were supposed to arrive by 6PM, it arrived closer to midnight. the flowers were nothing like what was in the image. ordered the "Pretty in pink" which was predominantly pink roses. the bouquet delivered was almost all red with maybe 3 or 4 pink roses.

Brought flowers for over £130 but never arrived between 10am and 6pm so they were wasted. Customer service was quick but couldn't care. Also found the same flowers on the florists website for £40 less so never recommending this site again

Paid for same day delivery. Was suppose to be a birthday gift. Didn't receive them. Agent was uncaring and basically said they only take the money. Anything else is the third party's responsibility. Order should have been refunded immediately. Pathetic business ethics.

Dreadful experience - avoid at all costs!! This was supposed to be a birthday gift and I paid extra for delivery on the day, a Sunday. The delivery didn't arrive on the Sunday... or Monday... but finally on the Tuesday afternoon, 2 days late. The bouquet was also a lot smaller with fewer flowers than the Prudence Large I paid almost £100 for. Floom have offered to reimburse the extra cost of Sunday delivery - about a fiver. Instead of it being a lovely surprise it was very embarrassing to ask the birthday girl to let me know if my present had arrived. I wish I'd read the poor reviews (especially the ones about funeral flowers arriving days late - totally unacceptable) before ordering from Floom. This company's a joke and they will let you down big time. Don't buy from them.

Very bad experience from delivery to the actual product we received. Bouqet looked like I could have purchased them from Whole Foods and I paid $160 for them.

Floral no show with no back up in as per their reputation. So birthday flowers ordered for a friend which was confirmed as being out for delivery at 9.20am was cancelled and refunded an hour later via email with no alternatives provided. AVOID!

Hi Bea, I apologize for the inconvenience surrounding this order. Unfortunately the order was cancelled because the florist did not have the stock to complete the arrangement. Stock issues tend to impact all florists in a particular area, so providing an alternative option when we were given little notice would have been quite difficult. While we did ask our florist to deliver the next day, they were not certain they would have the correct stems in stock by that point, so we determined the best course of action would be to issue a full refund. That said, I am terribly sorry for the disappointment it would love to rectify the matter further. If you could email our team at support@floom.com, we'd be happy to discuss the matter further.

Even though I paid for next day delivery my flowers never showed up for a birthday present for a friend. The tracking page was and still is stuck on ‘with florist’ when raising this with the customer service team on the day of the delivery they said sometimes the system is stuck like this at the florist forgets to update it and assured me my delivery would be there by 6pm. When I checked with a friend the following day nothing had arrived. I flagged this to the customer derive team, they said they will check with the florist and issue me a refund by the end of the day if they haven’t heard back. It has been over 24 hours since and I haven’t had an update, or a refund. Do not waste your time with this service.

While my friend recommended Floom (as I'm out of town and wanted to know a good place in San Diego) - sadly I was deeply disappointed. I ordered a simple bouquet for $100 for a family death and when I arrived just one day after the flowers were delivered, I saw dead wilted roses and other flowers that didn't even last 24 hours. I actually would like another boquet delivered, as I was so disappointed.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Floom, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. I ordered sympathy flowers following a painful loss in my family, seeking solace in the gesture of sending flowers to commemorate the departed. Regrettably, Floom's post-order process and updates during this sensitive time left much to be desired. When I placed my order just before 5 p.m., I selected Floom with the expectation of a same-day delivery, which was crucial considering the circumstances. The website explicitly mentioned an expected delivery time of 9 p.m. on the same day. However, the subsequent events unfolded in a rather disappointing manner. Floom's order tracking system provided no real-time updates, and it remained stuck at "with florist" status for an extended period. This status change only occurred the following day when it abruptly shifted to "delivered," despite my having paid for a same-day delivery. Upon contacting Floom's customer service, I was informed that the flowers had indeed been delivered on the same day, but the system had failed to reflect this timely action due to a florist-side lapse. In a situation where I couldn't personally follow up, this lack of transparency and communication proved to be deeply frustrating. Having been a loyal customer of a leading competitor for years without facing such issues, this contrast highlighted the shortcomings of Floom's service. My disappointment extends beyond the technical glitch in their portal system. It was disheartening to find that Floom's customer service seemed to lack an understanding of the emotional significance behind sending sympathy flowers. There was a distinct absence of empathy and acknowledgment that these flowers were not just any purchase, but a gesture of compassion and support during a difficult time. This entire experience has left me feeling let down and unheard. It is with a heavy heart that I state this will be my first and last encounter with Floom. In a world where customer service standards have been elevated by industry giants like Amazon and Doordash, it is profoundly disappointing to encounter subpar service from a company that operates online. My hope is that Floom takes this feedback constructively, addressing both technical and empathetic aspects of their service to provide a better experience for others in the future.

I can see our customer support team worked with you and passed on the proof of delivery the florist provided the day after delivery to show your order was delivered on the correct day but of course this was no help to you on the day itself and I can only apologise that the order status did not update correctly and caused you distress on such a sensitive occasion, I hope you will give us another chance one day as we value your support.

My first and last time ordering from your store was a disappointing experience. First of all, why can't I make an order for a specific time? It's a basic feature for a flower store! Instead, I had to wait all day, guessing when my flowers would be delivered. Secondly, it was impossible to talk to a representative. I tried calling all day, but for some reason, they were always busy. When I sent a birthday flower to my friend, I wanted her to receive it in the morning. However, it was delivered at 5 pm when she wasn't even home. Instead of a pleasant surprise, I was nervous and didn't receive what I expected.

Our standard delivery window is between 10am and 6pm as shown on your receipt and when placing the order, and unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery times. I am so disappointed! I ordered flowers for my daughter and they we couldn't find them. I reached out four times (left two voice messages and contacted you customer care department and never heard back. We found them late last night in the mail delivery room in a smashed box...that clearly was damages by the delivery person. Some of the flowers are damaged. Im most disappointed that noone contacted me back. (Order # 6b69812)

Advertised a delivery date that was never possible. Which ruined birthday plans. Customer service proceeded to gaslight and lie. Refund failed till I kept messaging them asking where it was. Awful service - better of going directly to the florist than using unreliable middle man.

The flowers we received were awful. Not only did the bouquet look nothing like the picture ordered, the flowers were actually closed. This despite me emphasizing that this was for my wife's bridal bouquet - an incredibly special occasion that was almost ruined.
