My flowers were substituted at the last minute for a different kind I didn’t want. Then they didn’t deliver at all. No one is ever answering the phone. All done via chat. Considering all they do is deliver flowers it’s a bit of a farce. Sure they’ll have some amazing excuse but honestly if you want to be sure your flowers get there go direct to a local florist.

First time I have ever submitted a negative review but I believe this is entirely warranted. Placed an order for same day delivery which was accepted. Received email advising me that same day was not possible but could deliver in 3 days time. Refund will take “ 5 - 10 working days”. Very poor experience in every respect. Have now found florist close to delivery address who was delighted to discuss my order and who will deliver later today. Wish I had done that in the first instance.

Hello there and thanks for the feedback! Sadly, mistakes and accidents do happen and rarely, a florist or a delivery driver will simply not be able to make a delivery on a given day. I selected flowers based on which ones could be delivered the following day. I received an email the day of delivery stating my selected flowers were no longer in season so alternative arrangement would be made. While not ideal, I went ahead as i wanted something delivered on time for my good friend's birthday. I then learned the alternative flowers were not delivered at all. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I received an apology and am awaiting refund. Will not be using again.

Placing the order was the easiest - I opted for the same day delivery at check out which failed to mention the time of delivery, so I presumed it would be the next few hours but guess what? It wasn't the case. The customer service online chat was disgusting to get hold of and they then could not get hold of the vendor, and when they did, the vendor refused to give a time slot and I was told my package would arrive by 6pm at the latest and guess what? It arrived by 18:03, and by that time my husband and everyone in the office had left for home. I wanted this eternal flower to be a keepsake/memory for the day of his promotion and be delivered in a timely manner, he is not back in the office till next week by which time the whole gesture is not needed. Beyond disappointed.

Hello there and thanks for your feedback. When ordering for same-day delivery it is made incredibly clear that florists may need until 8pm to deliver flowers on same-day orders. An assumption that they will be delivered many hours before this is not something that we are able to enforce on our florist partners. Regards, Floom

I tried to surprise one of my close friends for her birthday with her favourite flowers and the Floom sent was completely different to what I ordered. What's the point to select flowers if the recipient won’t receive them? I'm not happy and won't use this company again, don’t trust them

Sadly due to the many working parts in our processes, there are some rare occasions where this is not possible and our florists will always do their best to ensure that your recipient always has a wonderful bouquet, on time! In this instance, you reached out to us about this and we refunded you 50% of the order, which we felt was fair given that a fantastic bouquet was still delivered on time. Floom is made up of many constituent parts - there is the Floom service, our lovely Floom partner florists and of course the delivery drivers - Floom would of course never have approved an order like this going out and of course, a florist would never have sent this out in this condition. We have opened an internal investigation into the issue and have, as you mentioned, fully refunded you. Because of this, we think that the ratings given here are a little harsh considering that the issue was outside of the scope of Floom and we sis instantly did our best to compensate you. Clementine flowers ordered on Thursday for Saturday delivery - but delivery was never made. I (the orderer) received a text from DPD to tell me that flowers had been left in a post office near to the recipient, rather than make contact with the recipient. I contacted Customer Services on Monday when the text messages came through to me - it is now Wednesday pm and this matter is still not resolved. I've been told if CS doesn't get feedback by COP today, I will get a full refund.

The bouquet was fairly not the same as presented on the site. The agent started with justifications and convincing everything is the same. I was not satisfied with the bouquet. I didn’t ask for anything but to admit the mistake would be at least enough.

Third order and definitely last one! Birthday flowers weren’t delivered on the requested day and I had to repay delivery fees to receive next day! Arrived in a closed box quite squashed!!??

I ordered same day delivery flowers through Floom and they were never delivered to the recipient. There was no update or email from Floom on the status of the flowers or lack of dispatch/delivery. When I reached out they told me they had never been delivered and couldn’t reach the florist. Thankfully they did refunded me. Disappointed however that the service didn’t work :(

Don’t buy from this company, their customer service and delivery has been so bad - disappointed my partner as the delivery was delayed and missed an important occasion. Floom take no responsibility and blame the external courier companies (DPD!). None of this is clear from their website. I’m now struggling to get a refund.

No amount of a refund can make up for the terrible, wilting flowers that were delivered to my sister and her husband for their anniversary. I will be her last one as she is terminally ill. I spent sixty pounds which got me these lackluster flowers. Buyer beware! I have acquired the name of a local florist so I can send flowers from England.

No flowers delivered and no update (now 3 days late) and missed my daughters final degree exams so if they turn up now they are pointless. I won’t be using Floom again as it stands.
