I paid $235 for a birthday delivery in NYC, the bouquet can best be described as paltry!! Surely at that price there could have been more flowers!!

The arrangement was delivered on time. The ordering process was pretty easy. However, the actual product was much smaller than I expected and the handwriting on the note was almost unreadable.

Ordered for next day delivery and was told on the day that the order could not be completed. However the full refund was processed immediately which was good so I just phoned a local florist and ordered for same day delivery. Should have done that in the first place!

For my latest purchase -- I was let down by the quality of the flowers (for the price), and the balloon I ordered was not only incorrect but also deflated :( I have been a loyal customer for years, and have never been disappointed until now. All I received was a refund for the balloon, and I do not think that makes up for the inconvenience at all.

Flowers were replaced as the one I ordered weren’t available. While I understand that, they didn’t offer to cancel the order or discount or any kind of apology, just an email confronting me with this information. As a result, I didn’t like the replacement and would prefer this order to be cancelled.

I ordered the "Flower of Scotland" bunch and wasn't overly impressed. I purposely ordered flowers without lilies, which are poisionous to cats, and when my friend received them they looked nothing like the picture and had some lilies in there. They also didn't have any of the tartan ribbon on them. To top things off, I paid for next day delivery and they couldn't deliver until the following Monday. I wasn't offered any type of refund. I did appreciate that they reached out to me to inform me of the lateness.

We would have loved the chance to make this right for you and look into the flowers received not being as expected and the exact nature of them not looking the same as the website. We do have a 'what you see is what you get' ethos and strive to inform all customers of any changes made to the bouquets prior to delivery. We do not see any communications from our florist partner regarding any substitutions to be made with your order, we do hope the recipient enjoyed your thoughtful gift!

I had asked that the deliverer ring the doorbell when arriving with the flowers. The recipient was home when the flowers were delivered and no bell was rung, so they would have been left outside had I not seen the email noting the delivery. Flowers themselves are beautiful, though.

The flowers that were sent to my friend were beautiful, but not the ones I ordered. Floor customer service quickly gave me a credit, but it wasn't a great experience, as they were red and purple vs. the yellow and white that I ordered.

I chose Floom because they promised next day delivery. The flowers eventually arrived 48 hours after they were due. Although the delivery fee was refunded, the flowers were still 2 days late. The blooms were lovely when they finally arrived.

Looking at the trajectory of your order, we could see that the order was delayed by two days indeed, and you were informed on time about this and agreed to a delay of delivery. You have also been given the option to cancel the order and be provided with a full refund on the order. As the order was delayed, we have issued the delivery fee refund. We did our best to keep you updated and chased the order to get delivered on the new delivery date. i heard the wreath was beautiful. but nobody called my daughter to tell her when it wud be delivered to her mother in law ( who is handicapped) which i REQUESTED so she cud be aware of delivery time

Your Floom order was sent via a courier service-they do not offer a telephone call prior to delivery in the UK- this is not a service any third party courier provides nor any partner florist prior to a delivery being made- all requests for delivery instructions are taken into account where possible but are as a request. We do state at the time of placing orders we have a delivery window of between 10am - 6pm, therefore a delivery specific time cannot be given or requested.
 We do hope your recipient loves their thoughtful gift & we thank you for choosing Floom!

Unfortunately as your order was placed after our florist partners cut-off time - we were unable to complete this for you on the same day- this was immediately raised by our florist and communicated to you.

Website too busy and too slow moving. Really bad feature was being charged a "service fee" at the end. It was not included in the pricing before that and there was no indication of it coming. Very Ryanairish. Delivery fee can be expected. But not service fee. Naughty.
