Ordered a large bunch of rare tulips for my mum who came out of hospital. She thanked me for the flowers and a few days later when feeling up to it sent me a photo of them. The tulips that I had paid £60 for were nothing like what I had ordered or what was in the product photo or description. They were pink and orange and of a variety and you can find similar in Tesco. Even if the bunch was nice looking it was nothing like what was paid for and I have been massively overcharged as have since found online for £45. I have since complained and Floom have refused any compensation saying the complaint is over 3 days. Which shouldn’t matter if the flowers are not what was paid for and do not miss the description. Really disappointed and do not recommend.

The worst service, My order never came, reached out to customer sevice and they denied a refund, please don't buy at this place. I never will, ever again.

Same day delivery arriving 3 days later with attendant poor communication renders the purchase utterly pointless. Annoyingly engagement was poor too. And not cheap at £100-ish. Flowers were OK but white roses deteriorated quickly even when in a cold room.

We are sorry to hear you were not 100% happy with the flowers once received, and for the 2-day delay experienced with your order. This is certainly not what we wish for any of our customers and the recipients they thoughtfully send a bouquet arrangement. Delays can happen due to stock and stem availability and we strive to ensure this is quickly communicated to all customers. Flowers need to be kept in rooms that do not have too much heat or cold as the temperatures can easily cause the flowers to suffer in quality, our partner florists take time and care to make all bouquets with fresh, high-quality stems and should not deteriorate quickly.
 We do hope your recipient enjoyed your thoughtful gift!

Your webpage is like something out of the dark ages. It took for ever to load. But more importantly, you knew the flowers where for a cremation, at 11am. But they arrived after the cremation.

Our partner florists work very hard to complete all orders and consider the delivery instructions when planning their delivery schedules. They do accommodate where possible and on this occasion, the delivery was made on time and before the 11 am service and left with the reception at the address provided. We apologise sincerely if this was not placed in the venue until after that time by staff at the address. We send our condolences to you and sorry for your loss.

I sent the flowers as a gift to someone having an operation. The flowers weren't delivered to their home or neighbour but were instead delivered to the local post office and as they're in recovery they couldn't go and pick them up. Not a great experience and a wasted gift!

 Here at Floom, we do understand how important sending flowers is for our customers and recipients. We are sorry to learn your recipient did not receive their bouquet. The courier service attempted a delivery but when no answer is received they look to follow their procedures, protocols and notice received by the contact telephone numbers provided for delivery options. A delivery notice was sent to inform the flowers had been taken to a post office to collect and this gives the full address and pass information needed of the shop where they can be collected. We are sorry the experience you had with us was not 100% to your satisfaction but we would love for you to give us another try in future, we do hope you will reconsider us!

Worst flower service I’ve ever used in my life!!! Flowers never arrived, and then when they did it was the wrong bouquet. I also ordered a week an advance. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. It’s basically fraud.

We value all feedback received here at Floom. We understand your disappointment and frustration experienced when an issue arose with your order. However, in your communications with us whilst trying to resolve the issue with your order we did ask for your understanding to the reasons for the error in the incorrect delivery status being made. Our partner florists work hard to complete all orders and rely on their delivery teams to provide accurate and correct information for all deliveries to know they are completed. This chain of communication was the cause of the order issues and once our partner florist was aware of this error they worked to resolve the problem. We are disappointed to read this review which we feel is using a strong term and could be construed as defamation of character. Your order suffered a delay to the chosen day of delivery and was successfully delivered the following day. A full refund was issued to you and all of the above information was provided to you via the email communications with us.

Do not use this company!! They told me I had a “failed delivery” when I was literally home. They charged 20 dollars for same-day delivery and then didn’t deliver the same day. It was next day and the email I sent did nothing for me! I had to call several times :/ These were for my mom’s birthday and when they finally were delivered a day late the delivery was subpar. They didn’t come to my door, just honked and shouted my name from their car. Very rude and unprofessional. The flowers are pretty but the service was terrible.

 However, on this occasion your order did experience a delay which was caused by the courier service used - DPD. This delay at their depot was beyond Floom or our wonderful partner florists control. Our website uses the recipients post code to find florists that can deliver to that area. In the case of your order it is correct that the florist was not local as the recipients area was a hospital address and found florists that matched the criteria you entered on our website when placing the order. A local delivery from a local florist is dependent on us having partner florists that are located in the surrounding area of that address. We do apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused with your order.
 
We do hope you will reconsider using Floom in the future!

A company that tells you your flower are delivered and are not. Email the company to figure out what going on and they tell you we’ll let you k ow by the end of the day and no response. Last time I will use this company

However, your order was marked as delivered and was received by the recipient on the day of delivery as per the order. It is a little unfair to say we did not respond or flowers were not delivered- we were in frequent communications with you as we waited for our wonderful partner florist to send us the required information. We do not fully understand the nature or reason for this review or contact as the florist delivered successfully to your recipient.

I ordered flowers two days before the scheduled delivery and they were never received. I was charged in full. It’s now been a full week since ordering, I’ve reached out to Floom twice and still no flowers or refund.

Due to an order processing issue ( Technical Fault ) your order was not received into the system to be fully processed which meant our florist partner did not receive the order to complete. We were in communications with you as soon as you raised this issue with us. We are sorry for any delay in these communications but a tech issue does require some investigating. We did reach out to you to confirm that a refund has been actioned and this should be received very shortly.

Unfortunately due to an unforeseen emergency our partner florist experienced they were unable to complete any orders on that day. As soon as we were notified of the delay we did communicate this to you and delivery was made 1 day late. We do apologise for the upset this caused. Our florist partner had also communicated with us that there would be a substitution made with flowers used- again this was communicated to you by our Floom team prior to delivery. The bouquet our florist partner sent was of a high quality and made with care.

The delivery guy left the flowers in the street in front of the building, despite someone buzzing him in and they were obviously stolen by someone walking by. The customer service agent sent me a picture of the delivery guy in the street taking a picture of the flowers that were left outside the building as proof of delivery and tried to tell me that leaving packages outside buildings is considered a safe place (never heard of this before nor experienced it before). The second delivery isn’t even delivered yet even though it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re buying a gift for someone or need something by a certain time.

Your Floom order was sent out for delivery on the day requested as per your order but unfortunately our partner florist was unable to deliver due to no answer at the recipient's address. Our florist partners delivery team attempted to contact the recipient via telephone as they were outside of the address unable to make any contact with neighbours to leave safely. Floom were notified of the issues at the recipient's address and worked with our florist partner to arrange a re-delivery for that same day and encountered the same issue of no response at the address and unanswered calls to resolve at the point of delivery- and the same issue again the following day. Therefore, our florist partner attempted delivery 3 times with multiple phone calls unanswered. We feel your review is unfair to Floom and Our amazing florist partner who went above and beyond to make arrangements and strive to deliver to your recipient. The flowers were eventually successfully received by your recipient.
