Ordered flowers from Floom and the delivery was on time but the flowers were not as described! Certainly smaller, scanty arrangement! Very disappointed.

The flower arrangement ordered was a beautiful bouquet from our partner florist including rose, orchids and tulips. We have not received any communications from you before the review was kindly left here, so we are disappointed to learn you felt the flowers were not as described. Unfortunately, we do ask for any complaints to be raised within 72 hours of delivery to be able to take a further and detailed look into any concerns regarding orders received.

Extremely disappointed that having ordered on the 14th February and the delivery being confirmed as the 15th, I am still awaiting a proof of delivery as they were never received. It's day 8 and nothing back. No proof of delivery and no action suggested to sort this out

 We are sorry your Floom order was not received on your chosen day. We have been in contact with you since this issue was raised by you to the team, we advised we are waiting for the florist to provide us with the proof of delivery and we communicated this would be on Monday 26 FEB. Once this is received we can move forward to fully resolve for you. The team will be in contact as soon as there is an update, as previously stated. We thank you for your patience and understanding that during busy peak periods, it can be expected communications and deliveries run a little behind schedule.

The flower delivery failed, and they said they would attempt to re-send the flowers but would need to recharge me. I decided not to bother, as too much money had already been spent.

Thank you for your Floom review!

 We are sorry the flowers were not delivered to your recipient. The address provided for delivery was a University address, but the reception staff refused to accept the bouquet when the courier service arrived to complete the delivery. Due to the courier service being unable to complete delivery in this instance, we communicated with our partner florist for a resolution. A redelivery to a home address would have been possible to ensure the flowers would be received directly by the recipient, this process would require a fresh bouquet to be made which you would need to cover for a second delivery to go ahead. Ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day and they never left the florist. Credit to Floom for giving the ability to see where they were and the customer service members I interacted with were friendly enough but told me I had no options. I was told they would be delivered by 10 am the following day or I would get a refund. Not good enough. They refused to let me cancel the order (I don't want flowers delivered to my significant other's work the day after Valentine's Day for obvious reasons) and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't take orders for Valentine's Day if you can't handle them and don't tell your customers that the best they can get is the next day which will make them look bad.

Thank you for your review of Floom! We are sorry the flowers were not delivered on your chosen day. We advised you if the delivery had not been marked as delivered by 10am the following morning, then we would refund you in full. As one of the busiest times of the year for our florists, many were running a little behind schedule with deliveries. The team were ready to action the refund for you as stated in the communications for not receiving the order you placed with us, however, as you have disputed this with your bank we have not been able to action a quick refund and solution for you the very next day of 15FEB. I've patiently and repeatedly asked for service from Floom and I've received no response. The wrong bouquet was delivered and contained items covered in spray paint. I've requested either the redelivery of the correct item, or a refund and have received no response. I've never refuted a card payment in my life, but I will be doing so if this is not resolved.

Worst experience in my life. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. I highly recommend never to purchase from here. Please look elsewhere for flowers. Truly anywhere but here.

We have looked at how the delivery of the order has gone and we can see that the order was delivered and you have been provided with the proof of delivery. Because of this, our partner florist offered a re-delivery of the order for you and they kindly asked you to double-check the delivery address so they can make sure that this time, your recipient will find the address but this bothered you - for sure this was not our aim. We can see that our colleagues tried to find another partner florist to cover the order for same-day delivery without success, therefore they had to proceed with the refund. This is not the level of service that we aim to provide and our management department is chasing to get the collaboration with the florist that cancelled the order, in the right direction. Plant isn't anywhere near the immage on the website - there isnt anything pink, nor the leafs or vase disappointed!

My flowers didn’t arrive Same Day as guaranteed. In fact they didn’t arrive until late afternoon the next day. When I contacted Floom, they said they’d refund my delivery fee but not the £60 I’d spent on flowers that were now useless. People order same day flowers for a reason. Very poor service. I’ve used them in nyc with no problem but I’ll think twice now. Shocked that they aren’t refunding the full cost or providing a credit.

My flowers were not delivered on Valentine's Day, nor were they delivered at all. Incredibly disappointed, would not use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Have been good over the years but a Valentine's Day bouquet was delivered with dead roses, which did not go down at all well! The recipient was so embarrassed by this that I only found out a few days later. Floom refused to do anyhting without a photo, which I don't have, as the dead roses were thrown out straight away. Floom refused point blank to do anything about it, either a partial refund or better still, a replacement of the roses. Poor, and such a shame that Floom are so intransigent with a longstanding customer - whcih they have now lost

Ordered Valentine's day flowers and got a delivery confirmation email saying "Delivered"Called girlfriend and she had no bouquet or missed you note.As she was at home the whole day.2 days later and still no flowers.Hefty delivery charge for WHAT!!!.

Horrible horrible horrible. Never been more disappointed with a business in my life. I paid $247 for a large bouquet and 3 half-dead flowers showed up in a paper bag. You should be embarrassed with yourselves— I’m telling everyone I know to never order from you again.

I never received the flowers. I still have not been refunded. I reached out to the support team. It has been two days and I have not heard anything. Like the person delivering the flowers never reached out to the recipient like instructed.
